- Promotion winners will be determined via random selection through Cheetah Digital (Wayin), in which all entrants voluntarily surrender any requested personal information needed by Cheetah Digital (Wayin), to enter into social media platform promotions. Entries will be maintained electronically via Cheetah Digital (Wayin). Social Media Specialist and/or Cheetah Digital (Wayin) will accept entries and determine winner(s) on the social media platform via a random draw. Cheetah Digital (Wayin), is an online platform that allows patrons to build and host online experiences including the execution of social media giveaways/contests. Giveaway(s) are built by the Boyd Gaming Social Media team and then executed via the Cheetah Digital (Wayin) platform. Patrons who wish to participate, are directed to a URL (internet website address) which is hosted by Cheetah Digital (Wayin) to gain access to any entry form(s) related to the current giveaway/contest offered. Patrons that visit the URL will fill out all details requested on the provided entry form and agree to all terms, conditions and rules which are easily viewable by the patron when entering. Cheetah Digital (Wayin) will store the patrons' entry information which has been agreed to be released by the patron upon entry into the giveaway/contest. All winners are selected via a random generated program hosted by Cheetah Digital (Wayin) which provides security of information and anonymous winner selection. Social Media specialist will obtain the winner(s) information from the Cheetah Digital (Wayin) platform and may then contact the winner(s) based on the personal information provided during participation entry.

- The winner will be notified by the email address provided. Each winner has 48 hours to respond before an alternate winner is selected.
- Winner(s) must provide valid ID and players’ card before receiving the prize to a Boyd Gaming Marketing Officials.
- Winners selected to receive a physical prize must provide a United States mailing address within 30 days of notification of their win; Washington state addresses will not be accepted. Winning participants will not be charged shipping for any prize won. If a selected entrant does not provide shipping information within 30 days, they will forfeit their win, and a new entrant will be selected.
- Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be switched with other prizes.

Also excluded from participation are any Boyd Gaming Corporation director(s) or above and members of their immediate families and households. Immediate Family is defined as: spouse, domestic partner, parent/stepparent, child/stepchild, sibling/stepsibling, grandparent, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law as well as other adoptive relationships or others who share your same household. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above-mentioned individuals.
