A chance for Junior Gunners to win tickets to Arsenal v Fulham, Brentford or Crystal Palace and a half-time penalty kick

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the prize draw for a chance to win two (2) tickets and take a penalty on the pitch at the Arsenal match against Fulham on 1 April 2025, Brentford on 12 April 2025 or Crystal Palace on 26 April at Emirates Stadium during the 2024/25 season (the “Fixture”) (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw and you will not be eligible to win the Prize. Entry is only via online form submission.

1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: The start date for entries is 13 March 2025 at the time the Prize Draw goes live on the Website (“Start Date”). The closing date for entries is 16 March 2025 at 23:59 (UK time) (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

2. TO ENTER: To enter the Prize Draw visit https://www.arsenal.com/juniorgunners/competitions/2425-penalties-fulham-brentford-crystal-palace (the “Website”) and fill in the online registration form (the “Form”) with your name and membership number, by no later than the Closing Date

3. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open to parents and guardians (the “Entrant(s)”) on behalf of paid Team JGs and Young Guns Junior Gunners Members (as outlined here: https://www.arsenal.com/membership/junior) who are residents of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland only. Only one (1) entry per Junior Gunners Member is allowed.

4. Consent from a parent or guardian must be obtained prior to entry and the parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. The parent or guardian of the Junior Gunners Member and/or all Entrants acknowledge and fully understand the nature of the Prize and participation in taking a penalty (the “Activity”) may give rise to harm or injury to the participant. By entering the Prize Draw the parent/guardian confirms on behalf of the participating Junior Gunner Member that he/she is physically fit enough to take part in the Activity and accepts that the declaration of any relevant medical conditions to Arsenal will be required for and on behalf of winning Junior Gunners Members. Accordingly, the Entrant agrees that participation in the Activity is at their own risk and hereby releases Arsenal, its employees, contractors, agents and all of its associated companies from all liability, responsibility, costs and damages which arise as a result of the participation in the Activity. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing does not affect legal rights in the event of personal injury or death arising as a result of the negligence of Arsenal. If the Entrant sustains any harm or injury due to participation in the Activity, Arsenal may, in its sole discretion, offer to provide such medical treatment as it determines necessary or appropriate (the “Medical Treatment”). By entering the Prize Draw and accepting the Prize, the junior gunners participating in the penalty and their parents/guardian hereby consent to emergency Medical Treatment determined necessary by Arsenal and acknowledge that by allowing any non-emergency Medical Treatment to be performed on the participating junior gunner, they and their parent or guardian will be deemed to have consented to such Medical Treatment. If the participating junior gunner receives any Medical Treatment, emergency or non-emergency, they and their parent or guardian assume all risk of harm or injury which may result. Winners will be required to supply a completed parental/legal guardian consent form in accordance with Arsenal’s directions in order to claim their Prize and take the penalty kick. Winning Junior Gunners Members will be required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in the Prize.

5. Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

6. Entry is only via submission of the Form at the Website. No purchase is required to enter but you will require email and internet access to enter the Prize Draw. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw.

7. PRIZE: There are nine (9) prizes available (each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”). Each winner (the “Winner(s)”) shall receive:

· Three winners shall each receive (1) adult general admission ticket and one (1) Junior Gunner general admission ticket to the Arsenal v Fulham Premier League Fixture currently scheduled to kick-off on 1 April 2025 at Emirates Stadium at 7:45pm (UK Time). (the “Fulham Penalty Prize”).

· Three winners shall each receive (1) adult general admission ticket and one (1) Junior Gunner general admission ticket to the Arsenal v Brentford Premier League Fixture currently scheduled to kick-off on 12 April 2025 at Emirates Stadium at 5:30pm (UK Time). (the “Brentford Penalty Prize”).

· Three winners shall each receive (1) adult general admission ticket and one (1) Junior Gunner general admission ticket to the Arsenal v Crystal Palace Premier League Fixture currently scheduled to kick-off on 26 April 2025 at Emirates Stadium at 5:30pm (UK Time). (the “Crystal Palace Penalty Prize”).

· The Prize also entitles each winning Junior Gunners Member to take one (1) penalty kick at half-time on the pitch at Emirates Stadium (Arsenal’s home football stadium located at London, N7 7AJ) for the applicable Fixture.

8. The Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize does not include personal expenditure, transport costs and other incidental costs other than those specifically included. Where applicable to the Prize(s) or parts of the Prize(s), Arsenal’s terms and conditions at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-membership-terms and https://arsenaldirect.arsenal.com/termsAndConditions shall apply.

9. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

10. SELECTION OF WINNER: Nine (9) Winners (three (3) Fulham Penalty Prize Winners, three (3) Brentford Penalty Prize Winners and three (3) Crystal Palace Penalty Prize winners) )of the Penalty Prize will be randomly selected from all eligible and correct entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date. There will be one (1) prize draw only; an Entrants’ name can only be drawn once.

11. The Winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form, within 72 hours of the Closing Date. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize within 14 days, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries.

12. Unless otherwise notified by Arsenal, the tickets for the Prize(s) will be delivered to the Winners who have completed the RSVP form, using the contact details provided, 48 hours before the applicable Fixture.

13. PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA: Subject to Arsenal receiving parental/guardian consent to do so, details of the Winner’s name and county will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and closing date of the Prize Draw) at the address set out below. If Arsenal does not obtain parental/guardian consent to the Winner’s details being published or made available, Arsenal must still provide the Winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its legal obligation to evidence that a valid award of the Prize took place.

14. Arsenal will use all Entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and awarding the Prize. More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at https://www.arsenal.com/privacy. Arsenal may use the details to contact Entrants about Arsenal’s products and services where this is consented to, in accordance with this privacy notice. If you do not wish to be contacted or to receive marketing information, you can opt out at any time by emailing marketing@arsenal.co.uk.

15. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.

16. Arsenal reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

17. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

18. Arsenal’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Prize Draw (including the Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):

i. any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Prize Draw and/or the Prize (including the Winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; or

ii. any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.

20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Prize Draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.

21. SPIRIT OF THE PRIZE DRAW: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Prize Draw by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future prize draws or competitions.
