Everton Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Everton Football Club Company Limited of Goodison Park, Goodison Road, Liverpool, L4 4EL (Everton).
The Prize Draw is for a chance for Everton fans in the United States to win the Ultimate Everton Experience*.
*The Ultimate Everton Experience will be provided for 2 people and will include return economy flight tickets from an airport in the United States to the United Kingdom**, a room in the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool for 4 nights, 2 tickets to the Everton vs Liverpool match at Goodison Park and tickets to a range of attractions in Liverpool.
**Everton will liaise with the prize winner to finalise specific flight details. Everton will take into account the prize winner’s location within the United States and where possible and reasonable will accommodate this when determining the flight route. Onward travel to and from Liverpool from the selected airport in the United Kingdom will be provided for both the inbound and outbound flight. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize winner will have to arrange travel to the selected airport in the United States at their own expense for both the inbound and outbound flight.
Please note other expenses including but not limited to food, drink and travel (other than what is listed as being specifically included) will not be included in the Prize.
Everton reserves the right to add to or amend the Prize and/or change any part of the provision of the Prize from time to time in its sole discretion.
Everton is in no way affiliated with those parts of the Prize which are provided by third parties and therefore is in no way responsible for the service provided by these third parties. The winning entrant will be required to agree to and abide by the terms and conditions of these third parties. Any complaints should be directed to the relevant third party.
The Prize Draw is only open to individuals who are resident in the United States at the time of entry. This excludes employees of Everton or its group companies, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration, promotion or delivery of the Prize Draw.
You must be over 18 to enter the competition and to participate in the Prize. Everton may ask the participants to provide proof of age.
Everton reserve the right to consider entrants’ Internet Protocol (IP) address when deciding if the entrant is eligible to be entered into the Prize Draw by virtue of being resident in the United States (assuming they meet all other criteria set out in these terms and conditions). Everton also reserve the right to ask for further proof of usual residence in the United States (in a form decided by Everton acting at its sole discretion) in any circumstance for the purpose of ensuring entrants that may otherwise be ineligible to enter do not enter using a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
