All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of entry.
This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”) and the Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) aged 18 or over. Any persons directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion (including but not limited to any employees of the Promoter, its affiliates and its agencies) are excluded from entering this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, residents of the Channel Islands are excluded from entering this promotion.
Purchase is necessary. Please retain all receipts, as these may be required for validation. A new pack must be used for each entry. Internet access, a valid email address and mobile number are required.
Promotional Period:
1. Instant Win Promotional Period: Enter between 12:00:00 and 14:00:00 only any day between 1 May 2023 and 25 June 2023 inclusive.
2. Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period: Enter between 14:00:00 on 25 June 2023 and 23:59:59 on 25 September 2023.

  3. Find out instantly if you are a Winner of an Instant Win Prize.

There is a single prize pool across all promotional products. The Prizes:
1. Instant Win Prizes: There are a total of 33,600 prizes available to be won during the Instant Win Promotional Period (5 per minute between 12:00:00 and 14:00:00 each day). The Instant Win Prizes will be allocated instantly via winning moments each minute. Each Instant Win Prize consists of a “free lunch” worth £5 that shall be delivered in the form of a retailer eGift card. Where eGift cards are not offered by a Winner’s preferred retailer (as specified at the time of entry), Winner will receive an email with a secure link to claim their Instant Win Prize in cash. Winners resident in the Republic of Ireland will receive the Euro equivalent of the Instant Win Prize in the form of cash only. The Euro equivalent is based on the exchange rate as listed on www.xe.com on 13 April 2023 which equates to a € equivalent of €5.67.
2. Wrap Up Draw Prizes: There are a total of 50 prizes to be won, consisting of a “free lunch” worth £5 that shall be delivered in the form of £5 (or € equivalent) cash.
Maximum of 2 entries is permitted per person per day during the Promotional Period. Each purchase of a promotional pack may only be used to enter once. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.
Maximum of 1 prize per person during the Promotional Period (including for the avoidance of doubt both the Instant Win Promotional Period and Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period).
Instant Win Prize Winner Selection: The Prizes specified in Clause 7 above will all be won (except if the number of Prizes available exceeds the total number of valid entries received). Prizes will be available via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) with five winning moments set each minute between 12:00:00 and 14:00:00 every day between 1 May 2023 and 25 June 2023 inclusive. These moments have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win a Prize. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any Prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the Winner in the next winning moment.
Instant Win Prize Winner Notification: Winners will be notified instantly on screen. Where retailer eGift cards are available at the Winner’s preferred retailer, Winners will receive an email, sent to the email address used at time of entry, containing their eGift card and usage instructions. In the event that a Winner’s preferred retailer does not offer a £5 eGift card, that Winner will be sent a unique claim link by email which, when clicked, will take them to a cash prize claim form where they will be asked to provide bank account name, number and sort code (or for Republic of Ireland Winners, IBAN and BIC) for Prize payment by cash. Cash prizes must be claimed by the Winner within 3 months of date of win. After 3 months of the date of win, the cash prize will be forfeited.
Instant Win Prize Delivery: Retailer eGift card Prizes will be emailed to the email address entered at time of Prize claim. Use of eGift cards is subject to the expiry date, terms and conditions and redemption instructions that are included with the eGift card. Cash Prize payments are via bank transfer made by the Promoter’s agency. Bank transfer is the only method of cash Prize transfer available. Prizes will usually be delivered within 5 days from date of claim but in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of the Winner claiming their Prize, Winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at walkersfreelunch@promotioncustomerservices.com. In the event that a Winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.
Wrap up Draw Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Wrap Up Draw Period will be entered into a Prize draw to be conducted within 3 working days of the closing date.
Wrap up Draw Winner Notification: The Winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a Winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner from all remaining entries in the Prize draw, with the originally selected Winner forfeiting their right to the Prize.
Wrap up Draw Prize Delivery: If you receive a notification that you are the Wrap Up Draw Prize Winner, you will be asked to provide your bank account details to which your Prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, the Winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing walkersfreelunch@promotioncustomerservices.com. If a Winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.walkers.co.uk/freelunch.
The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a Winner fails to receive their Prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect email address or bank account details.
The Promoter may request that the Winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The Winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the Winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/.
Except where a Winner has requested that their details are not shared, the Winners' details (surname and date of win) will be available upon request for a period of 30 days. The Winners’ details can be requested by emailing walkersfreelunch@promotioncustomerservices.com, using “Winners’ List” in the subject line:

a. between 01.07.2023 – 30.07.2023 for the Instant Win Winners; and

b. between 01.11.2023 – 30.11.2023 for the Wrap Up Draw Winners.

Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

In the Republic of Ireland this promotion is being carried out under a lottery license granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 30 November 2022. The lottery license is held by Pieta House of First Floor Greenhills Retail Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght Dublin 24, Dublin (Charity No: CHY16913).
If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the detail in any promotional material arises, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
