Our refund policy is strictly 14 days for all vouchers, excluding events which are non-refundable.

For refund requests due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, please view the COVID-19 information here.

If you contact us within 14 days of purchasing the voucher and haven't redeemed it already, we will give you back the amount you paid for the item and void the voucher. Guaranteed.

Extension policy +

All of our voucher expiry dates are set and we are unable to extend any new vouchers. Any extensions are solely at the discretion of the vendors themselves and Planet Offers are unable to extend any vouchers due to contractual obligations. For extensions granted due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, please view the COVID-19 information here.

If you sign up to the Planet Offers newsletter here we will email you a 1-time promo code. Please note you need to be signed in to your Planet Offers account before you checkout for this to work.

Once you have checked out we are unable to apply promo codes so make sure the code applies before you checkout. If you forget to use it on your first order, don’t worry you can always use it next time - but note the code can only be used once.

Sales/promotions +

Each promo code is only valid during the time specified, and it's only valid on the type of deal specified. Often for sales it will only apply to selected products in a sale category. These will be clearly labelled in the T&Cs of the marketing communications.

1 Click 'Add To Basket' on the product you wish to purchase.
2 At the shopping basket page, click ‘Got a Promo Code?’ and enter the code here, double-checking to make sure you've entered the code correctly.
3 Click 'Apply Code' and you should see the price reduction on this screen.
4 Proceed to checkout and the code will automatically apply throughout the checkout process

Downloading your vouchers

I haven't received my Planet Offers voucher +

All of your vouchers are available to download straight from your Planet Offers account. Just visit https://planetradiooffers.co.uk/customer/account/ and enter your email and password you used when you purchased your voucher. Click My Vouchers and download the voucher you need.

I purchased a voucher through a different radio station that is now a part of Planet Offers and need to access my vouchers +

If you go to the website where you purchased your voucher, login information is on the site to redeem your voucher.

If this has expired but you have been granted an extension due to COVID-19, click here to contact us. Please let us know the station originally purchased from and your transaction ID so we can find your order more quickly and we will be able to send you your vouchers.

I can't open my PDF voucher +

Our vouchers are sent in a PDF format and you will therefore need to have a PDF viewing software installed into your device to view your voucher. Majority of modern devices will have either a built-in PDF viewer or PDF viewing software pre-installed. However if needed, you can download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

I've forgotten my password +

If you have forgotten your password, click here to access the Password Reset page. A password reset link will then be sent to your email address.

Vouchers affected by COVID-19

If your voucher is affected by the most recent lockdown (January 2021) +

Your voucher will be accepted after it expires to reflect lockdown 3.0 closures. If your voucher venue closes, for example for 6 weeks then your voucher will be accepted for 6 weeks after the expiry and so on. Voucher terms and conditions still apply.

If you ordered through Planet Offers before 23rd March 2020 +

Permitting your voucher was still valid past this date:

If your voucher was purchased from Planet Offers before 23rd March, our vouchers were extended until 18th September unless you were told differently.

We have emailed to all of our mailing list and updated our website and social pages throughout lockdown with this information, therefore, as this has now expired, we will no longer be accepting refund requests.

If you ordered between 23rd March and 3rd December 2020 +

Permitting your voucher was still valid after 5th November 2020:

Your voucher will be accepted for an additional 4 weeks after it expires to reflect lockdown 2.0 closures. If your voucher venue closes for longer, for example 6 weeks, then your voucher will be accepted for 6 weeks after the expiry and so on.

You do not need to contact us to extend your voucher as your original voucher will be accepted.

If you were/are self-isolating/tested positive for COVID-19 +

In the first instance please contact the venue directly. They will be able to advise if they can book you in at a later date.

If you purchased your voucher in the last 14 days
However if you are within your 14 day refund period and you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us and one of our team will be in touch usually within 3 working days although please note during busier times this may take a little longer so please bear with us.

If you are out of the 14 day refund period but your voucher is still in date
Please contact the venue who will allow you to use your voucher for a further 14 days (T&Cs still apply and subject to availability. For example, if your voucher cannot be used on Saturday, this will still apply).

If your voucher has expired
We are afraid if you do not contact us before the voucher expires, we are then unable to assist with any refunds or extensions.

Using your vouchers

What happens after I purchase a voucher? +

When you purchase a voucher from us, we will email you a copy of your voucher in PDF format. On this voucher includes your voucher details, terms and conditions and how to redeem information. This voucher is also available on your Planet Offers account when you login in case you can’t find your email with it on, you can re-download it from your account.

How do I redeem a voucher? +

This information will be printed on your voucher under the How to Redeem section.

Can I purchase more than one voucher? +

Please check the voucher page’s terms and conditions before you purchase. Most of our vouchers you can buy as many as you like but if the voucher is limited to one per person it will say this in the Terms and Conditions on the voucher page.

When does the offer expire? +

All offers will display their expiry date on the website and on the voucher itself.

How do I set up an account? +

On the Planet Offers homepage click the ‘My Account’ button. To create a new account, all you need to do is fill in your details (name and email address and a password), then click ‘Create your account’ at the bottom of the page. Once your account has been made your can use your email address and password to log in to your account.

I've forgotten my password +

If you have forgotten your password, click here to access the Password Reset page. A password reset link will then be sent to your email address.

How do I sign up to the newsletter? +

To sign up to the Planet Offers newsletter just visit https://planetradiooffers.co.uk/newsletter and enter your name, email address and select the locations you want to see vouchers for.

How do I change locations I receive newsletters for? +

Log in to your Planet Offers account and click Newsletters, you will see a list of locations. Use the tick boxes to select or unselect the locations you wish you receive offers for. When you are done click Save.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter? +

You can either log into your account, click on Newsletters and click ‘Unsubscribe me’ or if you have received a newsletter in your inbox, view the email and at the bottom of the email there will be a button which says ‘unsubscribe.’

How do I access my vouchers in my account? +

All of your vouchers are available to download straight from your Planet Offers account. Just visit the My Account page and enter your email and password you used when you purchased your voucher. Click My Vouchers and download the voucher you need.
