1.Entry ROUTES and Costs	Entries are restricted to one entry per person. 2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	To be in with a chance of winning, entrants must register at the Sky competition page featured on the listed websites shown in section 1 and nominate their local community hero by telling us in a minimum of 20 and maximum of 500 words about their local community hero and why they deserve to win. There will be 4 x winners of the Competition in total. All valid entries will be pooled, and each winner will be selected by a panel of judges which includes an independent judge, a member of the Bauer Media Production Team and a member of the Project Management Team. The judges will select each winner on how compelling, heart-warming and how deserving the entry is.
3. ENTRY PERIOD	Entries must be submitted during the following entry period: From 11/08/2025 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to 30/11/2025 at 23:59 (“End Time”). Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. One winner will be chosen on the following dates: 25/08/25 11/09/25 09/10/25 01/12/25 Each of the 4 x winners will be drawn and contacted off air. If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. If anyone has won a competition on any Bauer Media brand (see point below) to the value of £500 or more in the past 6 months, they or any person at the winning address will not be eligible to win the competition. The full list of Bauer Media brands can be found here: https://www.bauermedia.co.uk/brands We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
5. THE PRIZE	4 x winners in total across the competition duration will receive the following prize (the “Prize”): 1 x £250 cash for the winner plus, 1 x £250 cash for the person nominated by the winner. The cash prizes will be paid via a BACS transfer to the UK bank account of the named entrant and the named “hero” nominated by the winning entrant only. We will require proof of name and address. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no alternative will be offered. The prize will be fulfilled by Bauer Media. Bauer Media will aim to send the prizes to winners within 28 working days from the date suitable ID and proof of address is provided to Bauer Media. However, there may be a delay due to potential unforeseen circumstances and therefore deliveries may take longer.
