Your pictures and comments may be used in print, online or on the social pages across brands owned and published by Reach Plc. Approved entries will be displayed in the gallery. Pictures and comments will be subject to moderation checks before being placed into the gallery or publication. Please be aware that if you provide your name, these will be published with your picture in the gallery. The town where you live will be used to accompany your picture in editorial articles about the photo contest, along with your name – so please do not provide your address. Please do not provide any personal data, for instance your name and the town where you live, which you do not want to be published. All photos must be your original work, taken by you and must not use any third-party intellectual property. By submitting pictures, entrants agree that photos can be published, re-published, printed, re-used, displayed and distributed in print, online or on the social pages, in all forms, formats and media, for brands owned and published by Reach Plc (See our current list of brands here), now and in the future, including storage in Reach plc's editorial archive for use and re-use throughout the world on an irrevocable non-exclusive basis. Your photo must not contain any nudity, images of children, or of any person who has not provided permission for the photo and the uses of their image and personal data to be used as detailed within these terms.
