Celebrating 100 years of All Blacks v South Africa rugby

A rivalry 100 years in the making

The two greatest rivals in the history of rugby - the All Blacks and the Springboks - will meet for the 100th time in 2021, 100 years on from their first clash in 1921

The highly anticipated 100th Test between the sides happens in Townsville, Australia, on Saturday September 25 as part of the Fortinet Rugby Championship. The second Test is played one week later in Gold Coast on Saturday October 2. The world champion Springboks have not met the All Blacks since the opening game of the 2019 Rugby World Cup and come into the historic match-up with plenty of confidence after taming the British and Irish Lions in July.
