General:

These terms and conditions apply to the Lazer G1MIPS Blue Haze Limited Edition helmet promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

The Promotion is organized by Shimano North America Bicycle (“Shimano”), One Holland, Irvine, CA 92618. California law is applicable on these terms and conditions.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion.

Participation:

The promotion is open to persons aged 18 and over residing in North America (USA, Canada), legal entities are excluded from participation. Employees of Shimano and its affiliated companies and the immediate family members (spouse, children) are not eligible to win. Each person can only participate once.

Description of the contest. In order to become eligible to win, participants have to share their Name, Email Address & Country information via the sign-up form on the landing page.

The registration period is open between 9/1/2021 to 9/14/2021. Registrations received outside this time frame will be excluded from the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

In the event of any suspected fraud or abuse, Shimano reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the Promotion.

Winner:

Selection of the winner (1) will take place in an impartial manner. A random number generator will be used to select a winner of all eligible contestants.

Within two weeks from the end of the registration period the winner will be contacted by Shimano via email.

If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within seven days after being contacted by Shimano, the winner is deemed to have rejected the prize and shall no longer be eligible to receive the prize.

Prize winners agree that Shimano has the right to use their Contact Details for promotional purposes, such as publishing a list of the winners on the Shimano website.

Prizes:

The total value of the prizes of this Promotion will be ($249.99). The following prizes are available to the winners:

1 (one) Lazer G1 MIPS Blue Haze Limited Edition Helmet per winner, winner selection of size and color of individual helmet depending upon product availability.

All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Prize winners shall be responsible for paying taxes, if any.

Prizes will be shipped by Shimano to the prize winners within one month from the end of the registration period.

In case of any situation of force majeure Shimano reserves the right to suspend or terminate its obligation to hand out the prize. Shimano is not obliged to hand out an alternative prize.
