Win Tickets and a Hotel Stay for the Family at Arsenal’s Premier League Fixture vs Brentford

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which Junior Gunners Members can participate in the prize draw for a chance to win two (2) adult tickets, two (2) Junior Gunners tickets and a hotel stay worth £500 for Arsenal vs Brentford(the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw and you will not be eligible to win the prize. Entry is only via online form submission at: https://www.arsenal.com/juniorgunners/competitions/2425-hotelsprize-brentford (the “Website”).

1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: The start date for entries is 13 March 2025 at the time the Prize Draw goes live on the Website (the “Start Date”). The closing date for entries is 16 March 2025 at 23:59 (UK time) (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

2. TO ENTER: To enter the Prize Draw, you need to visit the Website and fill in the registration form (the “Form”) with all required information by no later than the Closing Date.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open only to paid Junior Gunners Members aged 4-16 and/or their parents/guardians who are residents of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland (the “Entrants”) (as outlined here: https://www.arsenal.com/membership/junior) only. Only one (1) entry per Junior Gunner Member is allowed.

4. If Entrants are under 18, consent from their parent or guardian must be obtained prior to entry and the parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. The Winner will be required to supply a completed parental/legal guardian consent form in accordance with the Promoters’ directions in order to claim their prize. Junior Gunners Members will be required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in the Prize in accordance with Arsenal’s Ticketing and Membership Terms and Conditions

5. Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”), or Expedia, Inc. t/a Hotels.com (“Hotels.com”) or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

6. Entry is via online form submission at the Website only. No purchase is required to enter but you will require email and internet access to enter the Prize Draw. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw.

7. PRIZE: One (1) winner (the “Winner”) shall win the following:

· Two (2) adult tickets and two (2) Junior Gunners tickets (the “Family Tickets”) to Arsenal v Brentford Premier League Fixture on 12 April 2025 at Emirates Stadium at 5:30pm (UK Time) (the “Match”);

· The Prize also entitles winning Junior Gunners Member to watch the teams’ pre-match arrival at Emirates Stadium (Arsenal’s home football stadium located at London, N7 7AJ) outside the players’ entrance for the applicable Fixture; and

· One (1) Hotels.com gift card worth £500 (five hundred pounds sterling) (the “Hotel Stay”),

together, the “Prize”.

The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize does not include personal expenditure, transport costs and other incidental costs other than those specifically included. Where applicable to the Prize or parts of the Prize, Arsenal’s Ticketing and Membership Terms and Conditions (www.arsenal.com/ticket-membership-terms) shall apply to the Family Tickets and Hotels.com’s Terms of Service (https://uk.hotels.com/lp/b/terms-of-service?pos=HCOM_UK&locale=en_GB&siteid=300000005) shall apply to the Hotel Stay. Please note that any outstanding gift card balance will expire twelve (12) months after the date it becomes available to use. Available card balance can only be used for online payments of new hotel bookings at uk.Hotels.com. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Please ensure that your hotel booking is refundable. The date and time of the Match is subject to change due to broadcast coverage or other circumstances.

8. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. There is no cash alternative to the Prize (or any part of it) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner (and/or their parent/guardian).

9. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the Prize where applicable.

10. SELECTION OF WINNER: The Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date.

11. The Winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form within 72 hours of the Closing Date. If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize within 14 days, an alternative Winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries.

12. Unless otherwise notified by the Promoters, the Prize will be delivered to the Winner, using the contact details provided, within a reasonable period of time after the Closing Date and in any event, no later than 48 hours before the Match.

13. PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA: Subject to Arsenal receiving parental/guardian consent to do so, details of each Winner’s name and county will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and closing date of the Prize Draw) at the address set out below. If Arsenal does not obtain parental/guardian consent to the Winner’s details being published or made available, Arsenal must still provide the Winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its legal obligation to evidence that a valid award of the Prize took place.

14. Arsenal will use all Entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and awarding the Prize. More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at https://www.arsenal.com/privacy. Arsenal may use the details to contact Entrants about Arsenal’s products and services, in accordance with this privacy policy. By entering the Prize Draw you are indicating your agreement to this unless you tell us otherwise. If you do not wish to be contacted or to receive marketing information, you can opt out at any time by emailing marketing@arsenal.co.uk.

15. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.

16. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

17. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. The Promoters reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

18. The Promoters’ decision is final in all matters relating to the Prize Draw (including the Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Promoters, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Promoters nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):

i. any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Prize Draw and/or the Prize (including the Winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; or

ii. any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.

20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Prize Draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and the Promoters both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.

21. SPIRIT OF THE COMPETITION: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Prize Draw by cheating or committing fraud in any way, the Promoters reserve the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future prize draws or competitions.
