TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “WIN A TECH BUNDLE PLUS BROADBAND WITH GOFIBRE” (the “Competition”).
These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.
1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
The Winner will be a person who enters the online competition between 00:00 on MONDAY 28th APRIL 2025 and 23:59 on SUNDAY 25th MAY 2025.
The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw after 10:00 on MONDAY 26th MAY 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within four weeks, we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.

4. ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry with a residential postcode within the radio station Original 106 (Fife) broadcast area according to Ofcom.
• Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any employees of any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered
• One entry per residential household
5. The Competition and the Prize
The prize winner(s) will be those persons who are chosen to take part in the on-air element of the competition and are selected by electronic random draw.
ONE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN
We reserve the right to pick a replacement entrant if the original entrant does not comply with any of these terms.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered
• Winner must reside in a GoFibre ready for service area, postcode can be checked at www.gofibre.co.uk
• Two years’ free full fibre broadband available on selected 24-month package of the winner’s choice
• Tech Bundle will consist of Apple iPad, Noise cancelling headphones plus a backpack

7. PRIZE PROVIDER
The Prize is provided by GOFIBRE (the “Prize Provider”).
Bauer Media (the “Promoter”) are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

8. DATA PROTECTION
Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS
By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions,
photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.
2. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
3. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
4. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
