Terms and Conditions

How to enter

1. The competition opens at 14:00 on the 22nd March 2021 and closes at 11.59pm on the 27th March 2021.

2. There will be 1 winner. The winner will be contacted via Instagram  DM from the official VOXI account.

4. To be entered for a chance to win you must:

a. Follow VOXI @voxi_uk on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of the competition post.   Only one entry will be counted per person.

5. Sorry, but you can’t enter this competition if:

a. You don’t live in the UK

b. Are under 13 years old

Winner and prize

6. There is 1 prize to giveaway.

7. The winner will receive one prize. The prize is a new Google Pixel 4a 5G handset.

8. The winner will be chosen by random draw out of all the entries submitted during the entry period.

9. We will notify the winners within 60 days of the winner being drawn, but often much sooner.

10. Once a winner has been contacted, they will be asked to reply and accept their prize within 48 hours and provide further details.

11. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another draw will take place. A maximum of 2 draws per prize will take place.

13. We cannot be responsible for invalid details or communication failures.

14. If any winner is not contactable after we have made reasonable efforts to do so (or is deemed ineligible in accordance with the terms) an alternative winner may be selected. We may require proof of eligibility prior to awarding any prize.

15. Winners are responsible for any additional costs and expenses associated with the prize, outside of what is listed above.

16. Each prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. If for any reason we cannot provide the prize, we will offer an alternative prize of similar value.

Publicity & Content

17. Where we need to, we’ll use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win. We won’t send you marketing unless you have agreed to this.

18. The winners may be requested to participate in related publicity for VOXI UK, including his/her name and general location being used in our social media channels.

19. Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the draw smoothly, we will not be responsible if something happens which is not in our reasonable control.

20. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or you don’t comply with these rules.

21. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
