Terms and Conditions: This competition closes at 23:59 on Monday, May 8, 2023.
One winner will be selected at random from ALL submissions after the closing date and will be contacted by email within 24 hours to arrange delivery of the prize. The winner has 24 hours from the date of the notification email to claim their prize, failure to respond within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The prizes includes admission tickets to the Queen Anne Enclosure on Saturday, May 13, 2023, plus a drinks voucher for four people.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over, and resident in Great Britain, excluding Northern Ireland. The competition is not open to employees of Ascot Racecourse, or those involved in the competition, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. All prizes are subject to availability and are as described – there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, Ascot Racecourse are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal value.
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel/transportation/parking, hospitality, food and beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, additional excursions, and attractions, or any other costs or expenses (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
