Unstoppable FC Workshop Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can enter for the chance to participate in the Arsenal x Lego Unstoppable FC Workshop Promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not enter and you will not be eligible to participate in the Workshop. Entry is via online form submission at:https://www.arsenal.com/news/unstoppable-fc-sign-form (the “Website”).
1. The opening date for entries is 29 August 2023 once live on the Website (UK time) (“Open Date”). The closing date for entries is 5 September 2023 at 23:59 (UK time) (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
2. To enter the Promotion for the chance to participate in the Workshop, you need to visit https://www.arsenal.com/news/unstoppable-fc-sign-form and fill in the registration form with all required information, including answering any questions, by no later than the Closing Date.
3. Entry is open to girls between the ages of 8-11 years, as of 15 September 2023.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can participate in the Promotion in compliance with local laws and regulations. Any entry submitted in breach of local laws and regulations shall be automatically null and void. The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) also reserves the right to determine that it cannot accept an entry or allow you to participate in the Promotion due to local laws and regulations.
5. Consent from a parent or guardian must be obtained prior to entry and the parent or guardian must agree to these terms and conditions in full. Successful entrants may be required to supply a completed parental/legal guardian consent form in accordance with Arsenal’s directions in order to take part in the Workshop. Entrants must be available to take part in the Arsenal x Unstoppable FC Workshop on Friday 15 September 2023 between 4:30pm and 7pm (the “Workshop”). Entrants must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian to the Workshop.
6. Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”), Lego or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
7. Entry is by online form submission at the Website only. No purchase is required to apply but you will require email and internet access to complete and submit the entry. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relation to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Promotion.
8. A maximum of forty (40) entrants will be invited to take part in the Workshop. Participation is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Workshop will take place at Arsenal Hub, 56 Benwell Rd, London N7 7BYJ on Friday 15 September 2023, starting at 4.30pm and finishing at 7pm.
9. If you are selected to participate in the Workshop, this will not include the costs of any travel, accommodation or other expenses which you may require which shall be at your own cost. If travel is required, it is the responsibility of the participants to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain relevant visas and vaccinations.
10. Third party terms and conditions may apply to participation in the Promotion, where applicable.
11. Participants will be picked at random from all eligible and correct entries received between the Open Date and Closing Date. Successful entrants will be contacted to invite them to the Workshop using the contact details provided in the entry within 72 hours of the closing date. The email will confirm the entrant has been successful and will inform entrants of the final date and time of the Workshop. If an entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days or is not able to attend, an alternative entrant will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entrants.
12. Arsenal will use entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Promotion and running the Workshop. More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at www.arsenal.com/privacy-policy. Details of the selected participants’ name and county will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and closing date of the Competition) at the address set out below.
13. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.
14. Arsenal reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion and/or Workshop or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
15. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
16. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):
a. any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Promotion resulting from any cause whatsoever; or
b. any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.
17. Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.
18. If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future promotions or competitions.
