WHAT IS THE ‘GET MATCH READY’ PROMOTION?

It’s a promotion that offers you the chance to win pairs of tickets to the UEFA Women’s Euros, or a cash prize. To enter, purchase any promotional Pepsi MAX, Doritos or Walkers MAX product. Click here for a full list of promotional products. Scan the QR code on the pack to be taken to the competition site (www.getmatchready.co.uk) and enter your details along with the batch code from your promotional pack.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE BATCH CODE ON MY PROMOTIONAL PACK?

On Walkers MAX and Doritos, the batch code can be found within the box containing the ‘Best Before’ date on back of pack - it will start with 3 letters, followed by numbers and letters. You can include the spaces as shown on pack. On Pepsi MAX, the batch code can be found on the base of cans, or on the bottle necks for bottles - it will only be 4 numbers with no spaces or additional characters.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACK IS A PROMOTIONAL PACK?

WHICH RETAILERS ARE INVOLVED IN THE PROMOTION?

Promotional products should be available in all retailers who usually stock the products listed in Paragraph 8 of the Terms and Conditions.

HOW DOES THE PROMOTION ENTRY MECHANIC WORK?

Purchase any ‘Get Match Ready’ promotional product. Scan the QR code on the back of the pack with your mobile phone camera to be redirected to the competition website. You will be asked to enter your batch code from your pack (see question 2 for where to find your code), accept the T&C's and confirm you are 18 years or over at the time of entry. We will also need your first name, last name, mobile number, email address, product purchased, and preferred venue. ROI residents will be asked to successfully complete a game of skill. You will find out instantly if you are a lucky winner.

Be sure to snap a picture of the batch code on your promotional pack and keep a copy of your receipt as if you are a winner you may need to supply a picture of one of these to claim.

HOW DO I TAKE A PHOTO OF MY PACK AND/OR RECEIPT FOR PRIZE CLAIM?

If taking a photo of your promotional pack to complete your winning claim, please ensure it clearly features the qualifying product batch code used at the time of entry. If taking a photo of your till receipt it must clearly show purchase of your promotional product and the transaction date. Purchase must be within the promotional period and pre-date and time your winning entry.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T HAVE A SMART PHONE AND/OR CAN’T SCAN A QR CODE?

HOW MANY PRIZES ARE AVAILABLE TO BE WON?

There are 750 pairs of tickets to a UEFA Women’s Euro 2022 game to be won, or one of 150,000 cash prizes of £10 (or Euro equivalent)

Cash winners in the Republic of Ireland will receive the Euro equivalent of the prize. The Euro equivalent is based on the exchange rate as listed on www.xe.com on 9 May 2022 which equates to a Euro equivalent of €11.70.

HOW ARE PRIZES AWARDED?

The Ticket Prizes will all be won (except if the number of Prizes available exceeds the total number of valid entries received). Prizes will be available via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) set between 10:00 BST on 12 May 2022 and 23:59 BST on 16 July 2022. These moments have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win the Prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any Prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner in the next winning moment.

Cash prize winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrants chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 107,176,000 vs the number of Instant Win cash prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. This percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes won will be (statistically) dependent on participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.

All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Wrap Up Draw Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted within 3 working days of the closing date.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE WON?

You will be informed on the website instantly after a valid entry if you have won a prize.

If you have won a tickets prize, you will be sent an email to the email address that you registered upon entry with information about how you will receive your tickets and any next steps required of you. That email will be sent within 28 days of time of entry.

If you have won a cash prize, you will be sent an email to the email address that you registered upon entry that contains a secure prize-claim link. UK residents will need to provide their account name, bank account number and sort code to claim their cash prize. ROI residents will need to provide account name, IBAN and BIC code.

DO I NEED TO KEEP MY PACK/RECEIPT?

Yes, you need to keep a pack image featuring the promotional batch code you entered with or. the till receipt showing purchase as these may be required to claim should you win. Your till receipt must clearly show the qualifying product purchased and pre-date and time your online winning entry.

Entrants are advised to keep a pack image/itemised till receipt for each and every product purchased as the Promoter may require them for verification purposes.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CASH PRIZE CLAIM EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER AND HOW MANY TIMES CAN I WIN?

You can enter the promotion a maximum of two times per day, and a maximum of one tickets prize and one cash prize can be won per person. Multiple entries are permitted throughout the promotion, providing each entry is accompanied by a separate purchase. Each batch code entry must be from a separate purchase.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROMOTION LAST?

The promotion is open from 10:00 on 12th May 2022 until 23:59 on 31st July 2022.

I HAVE MISSED THE CLOSING DATE BUT STILL HAVE A PROMOTIONAL PACK. CAN I USE IT?

Entries received between 00:00 on 1 August 2022 and 23:59 on 31st January 2023 will be entered into a wrap up draw. There will be 1 prize of £500* available; winners will be randomly selected within 14 days of the wrap up draw closing date. Winners only will be contacted by the email address they entered the promotion with. If you have won, you will have 14 days to claim your prize by clicking the secure link in your winning email and completing your details otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.

*ROI winners in the wrap up draw will receive their prize in Euro at the same exchange rate used in the main promotion.

    5. Then find out instantly if you are a cash prize winner. Winners will then receive an email with a secure link to claim.
  7. No Purchase Necessary (NPN) Route for Residents of Northern Ireland: Northern Ireland residents can send a correctly stamped letter detailing their full name, postal address and email address to the following address: Get Match Ready NPN, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY. Ticket prizes shall consist of 2 tickets to a UEFA Women's Euro 2022 game only and any travel, accommodation or out of pocket expenses are excluded.  Winners shall be required to download and keep the UEFA ticket mobile app, details of which will be provided in the email sent to winners at time of win. Tickets are issued subject to UEFA’s ticketing terms and conditions which can be found here and UEFA’s stadium rules which can be found here.
  2. Wrap up Draw Prize:
    1. The Wrap Up Draw prize pool consists of 1 prize of £500 (or € equivalent).
  3. Maximum of 2 entries is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. Each purchase may only be used to enter once. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.

Main promotion Ticket Prize Delivery: Ticket winners will be sent an email containing a link which will take them to UEFA’s ticketing system where winners and their guests will be required to register and provide identification to claim their tickets. Following successful prize claim, e-tickets for two to a UEFA Women's Euro 2022 game will be sent to winners by email to the email address used at time of claim or delivered to the UEFA mobile app downloaded by the winner Prizes will usually be delivered within 2 days but in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 7 days of the winner claiming their Prize, winners will have a further 7 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at getmatchready@responsehandlingteam.co.uk. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect email details provided by the winner under clause 15.

Prizes will usually be delivered within 5 – 12 days but in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 60 days of the winner claiming their Prize, winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at getmatchready@responsehandlingteam.co.uk. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect bank account details provided by the winner under clause 15.
  11. Wrap up Draw Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Wrap Up Draw Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted within 3 working days of the closing date.
  12. Wrap up Draw Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in the prize draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. 
  13. Wrap up Draw Prize Delivery: If you receive a notification that you are the Wrap Up Draw Prize winner, you will be asked to provide postal address details and your bank account details to which your Prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing getmatchready@responsehandlingteam.co.uk. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
  14. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
  15. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures,  or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
  16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.   17. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a winner fails to receive their Prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect email address or bank account details.

  19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. 
  20. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  21. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
  22. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
  23. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
  24. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent.   25. Except where a winner has requested that their details are not shared, the e-ticket and Wrap Up Draw winners' details (abbreviated names only will be available for a period of 30 days by emailing getmatchready@responsehandlingteam.co.uk, using “Winners’ List” in the subject line, between 01.03.2023 – 30.03.2023. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
  1. In the Republic of Ireland this promotion is being carried out under a lottery license granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 16/03/2022.   4. If a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the detail in any promotional material arises, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
