Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Team JG Halloween Stadium Tour Event 2024

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the promotion for a chance to win tickets to the Team JG Halloween Stadium Tour Event (the “Draw”). By entering the Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Draw and you will not be eligible to win the Prize. Entry is only via online submission at https://www.arsenal.com/juniorgunners/news/halloweentour-2024 (the “Website”).

1. ENTRY PERIOD: The start date for entries is 16 October 2024 at the time that the Draw goes live on the Website (“Start Date”). The closing date for entries is 20 October 2024 at 23:59 (UK time) (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Draw.

2. TO ENTER: To enter the Draw, you must visit the Website and fill in the registration form with all the required information by no later than the Closing Date.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is only open to UK resident, fully paid-up “Team JG” Members (as outlined here: https://www.arsenal.com/membership/team-jg).

4. All entrants must obtain consent from a parent or guardian prior to entry and the parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Winners will be required to supply a completed parental/legal guardian consent form in accordance with Arsenal’s directions in order to claim their prize.

5. Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Draw.

6. No purchase is required to enter but you will require email and internet access to enter the Draw. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Draw.

7. PRIZE: A maximum of 40 entrants will be selected at random (the “Winners”) from the eligible entrants. Each Winner will each receive two (2) tickets to a stadium tour at the Emirates Stadium, London, N7 7AJ on 31 October 2024 at 6:45pm (the “Prize”).

8. One (1) of each Winner’s tickets must be used for a Team JG Member and the other ticket must be used by a parent/guardian of that Team JG Member. If the supervising adult is not the parent/guardian of the Team JG Member attending the tour, consent from the parent/guardian of the Team JG Member must be obtained for the alternative supervising adult to accompany the Team JG Member to the tour.

9. Where applicable to the Prize or parts of the Prize, Arsenal’s Ticketing and Membership Terms and Conditions (www.arsenal.com/ticket-membership-terms), Arsenal’s Terms and Conditions which are applicable to Stadium Tours ( https://arsenaldirect.arsenal.com/termsAndConditions) and Arsenal’s Ground Regulations (https://www.arsenal.com/media/431975/download) shall apply.

10. Parents/guardians hereby acknowledge that food and drinks may be provided to attendees during the tour event and that, where applicable, they must make Arsenal aware of any dietary requirements or allergies that the Winner or supervising adult have.

11. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered if the stadium tour cannot go ahead or the Prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond Arsenal’s control. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize (including but not limited to travel costs) are the responsibility of the Winner(s) (and/or their parent/guardian).

12. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the Prize where applicable.

13. SELECTION OF WINNER: The Winner(s) will be picked at random from all eligible entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date.

14. The Winner(s) will be notified on 22 October 2024 using the contact details provided. If any Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for delivery of the Prize and does not complete the RSVP form for the Draw by 27 October 2024, their Prize will be forfeited and no alternative will be provided. Unsuccessful entrants will be notified.

15. Unless otherwise notified by Arsenal, the tickets for the Prize will be delivered to the Winner(s) who have completed the RSVP form on 28 October 2024 using the details in the RSVP form for the Draw.

16. PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA: If a Winner is asked by Arsenal to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Draw, parental/guardian consent must be obtained for Arsenal to use the Winner's name and image and/or his/her comments relating to the Draw and/or the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid.

17. Subject to Arsenal receiving parental/guardian consent to do so, details of the Winner’s name and county will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and closing date of the Draw) at the address set out below. If Arsenal does not obtain parental/guardian consent to the Winner’s details being published or made available, Arsenal must still provide the Winner’s details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its legal obligation to evidence that a valid award of the Prize took place.

18. Arsenal will use entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Draw and awarding the Prize. More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at www.arsenal.com/privacy-policy.

19. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.

20. Arsenal reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Draw or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

21. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

22. Arsenal’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Draw (including the Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):

(a) any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Draw and/or the Prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; or

(b) any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.

25. SPIRIT OF THE DRAW: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Draw by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future prize draws or competitions.
