Great Rail Journeys – Roses, Cadaqués & the Catalan Coast tour
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
NB: This tour’s mobility rating is Level 2– ‘Everyday Traveller’. The entrants and their guests should be comfortable they can meet the mobility rating, prior to entry. The winner must refer to the Great Railway Journeys mobility rating guide found here.
1. This prize draw is open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of Telegraph Media Group Holdings Limited and its group companies (“Promoter”), and Great Rail Journeys Limited (“Prize Provider”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are not eligible to enter.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final, and that the entrant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
3. Entries must be submitted via telegraph.co.uk/catalanprizedraw and entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. Subject to any objection by the winner, the winner’s surname and where available, county can be obtained by emailing “Roses, Cadaqués & the Catalan Coast tour” Prize Draw winner” to eipam@telegraph.co.uk within one month after the closing date of the prize draw.
5. All entries must be received by 23:59 on Friday, May 9, 2025.
6. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone or email within five days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize within seven days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win two places on Great Rail Journeys Roses, Cadaqués & the Catalan Coast tour. The tour includes:
● Return Eurostar Plus train travel for two from London Kings Cross
● All overseas rail, cruise and coach travel for two throughout the tour
● 8 nights’ 4-Star hotel accommodation at Hotel Canyelles Platja, Roses in a double room with balcony and sea view
● Breakfast and Dinner each day, 1 brunch
● A tour manager throughout the trip

9. The prize must be taken as one package, and the winner may choose from the available departure dates on Great Rail Journey’s website. The prize must be taken by December 31, 2026. The winner’s guest must be aged 18 or over.
10. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize elements listed in Condition 8, shall be
incurred at the winner’s and/or their guests expense including but not limited to; travel, food and drink, travel insurance, gratuities, activities, personal expenditure or incidental costs. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport and travel insurance. The winner and their guest must comply with the government's FCDO travel advice for Spain and at the time of travel.

11. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Prize Provider and the Promoter.
13. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry. For information about how the Promoter uses personal information, please see:

14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
15. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prize is the responsibility of the Prize Provider.
16. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
