This is a shared prize fund across 48 Commercial Radio Stations. There will be 4 x winners of the Competition.
2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	There will be four (4) winners of the competition, over the campaign period stated in section 3. ENTRY PERDIOD. There will be one winner per week. All valid entries will be pooled and the winners will be chosen via a judging panel. In order to be eligible to win, entrants must go online to one of the entry routes mentioned in section 1 and do the following: 1. Give full name and contact details 2. Enter your ‘Make Your Mission’ story in which you will describe your personal mission and how Enterprise can help you. All valid entries will be pooled and will be judged on how entertaining, engaging, funny and best suited for Bauer Media’s content platforms. All entries will be judged by a Bauer Media production team, the production manager, and an independent judge. A shortlist for each day will be selected from all entries after they have gone through the judging process. Upon shortlisting, we will require the nominators to coherently explain their entry. The entry must be light-hearted, entertaining and humorous and match the entry that was entered online. Being called during the entry period or shortlisted for this competition does not deem the entrant a winner, the entrant is only deemed a winner once announced on air on during the campaign period, stated in section 3. ENTRY PERIOD. Shortlisted entrants will be called prior to any winner announcement to confirm the entrant is available to take part. If the entrant does not pick up the initial call to check availability, it is at the discretion of the Bauer Media production team whether they wish to continue with this entrant or select a new entrant. If the entrant picks up but is unavailable to take the pre-recorded call it is at the discretion of the Bauer Media production team whether they wish to continue with this entrant or pick a new entrant. Mechanic: Pre-register: The entrant will enter the competition with their make your mission stories via the online entry form on the website given in section 1. ENTRY ROUTES, including their name, email address and phone number. These missions can include literal journeys that need to be taken. Ie moving equipment for a charity event or journeys of an emotional nature. Ie On-air: The entrants selected to come to air will be asked for their availability for a pre-recorded call organised by the Production team. If the entrant is not available at the suggested time or misses the call from the production team, they will not be entitled to a reschedule and are then allowing the possibility of forfeiting their entry and the prize attached to winning this competition. It is at the discretion of the Bauer Media production team whether they wish to continue with this entrant or select a new entrant. On the call, a member of the production team will ask the entrant to detail their ‘Make Your Mission’ story (the same story as entered online) in a concise, confident, and radio-friendly manner. Being contacted by the production team, does not guarantee you are a winner. Having your entry recorded by the production, also does not guarantee you are a winner. Only once the winning audio is played out on-air (during the times specified in section 3. ENTRY PERIOD) will the entrant be declared the winner.
3. ENTRY PERIOD	The campaign period will run from the 21^st of November 2022 at 00:01 until the 13^th of December 2022 10:00 (Campaign Period) Entries must be submitted during the following entry period: From 21^st of November 2022 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) 13^th of December at 10:00(“End Time”). Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. A winner will be selected each week to feature in our winning moment on every Friday during the campaign period. The dates are as followed – 2^nd December, 9^th December, 16^thDecember & 23^rd December A winner for each of these week can be selected & contacted up to a week prior to being announced on any of the dates highlighted above. Winner Announcement. The name of the winners will be announced on each Friday during the Campaign Period on-air via a pre-recorded message which will feature the entrant talking about their winning entry and the station congratulating them. However if the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged [18] years or over on date of entry. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms. If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. 5. THE PRIZE	Four (4) winners will receive a prize detailed below (the “Prize”): The prize a winner can win shall be tailored to the entry given by the winner in our online form. It is at the discretion of the Bauer Media Production team what is included in this prize. Each prize bundle that is created will be to the value of £3,000. This prize may include physical gifts, experiences, vouchers or cash. Due to the nature of The Prize. It may be provided in-full or in by third party companies. If a third party is used, the winner will be notified once contacted by the Bauer Media Production team. We (Bauer Media) are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery or a prize winner being unable to take up any aspect, or the entirety of the prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered on any aspects of the prize that isn’t cash itself.
