1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	The competition is a giveaway of a pair of Metzeler tyres each month. To enter all you have to do is submit your details on the entry form. There will be one successful winner picked at random each month for July, August, September, October, November and December. The timescales for each month are below : July – 23^rd June 2018 – 31^st July 2018 August - 1^st August 2018 – 31^st August 2018 September – 1^st September 2018 – 30^thSeptember 2018 October: 1^st October2018 – 31^st October 2018 November: 1^st November 2018 – 30^th November 2018 December: 1^st December 2018 – 31^st December 2018 Entries from the previous month will not be pulled forward to the next monthly draw. This competition is open to UK, NI & ROI Only. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter and 1 entry is permitted per person, per month.

3. DATES	Start Date and End Date. July – 23^rd June – 31^st July August - 1^st August – 31^st August September – 1^st September – 30^thSeptember October: 1^st October – 31^st October November: 1^st November – 30^th November December: 1^st December – 31^st December Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid. Entries will not be carried forward each month. Winner Announcement. The name of the winner will be announced on the entry page of the giveaway. The winner will be notified no later than two weeks after the month end. All our decisions in relation to winner are final.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter. Use of false name or address, i.e. a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will be disqualified. Other entry restrictions are as follows: There is no cash alternative – this also applies if Metzeler do not make the tyres for the winner’s bike. Bauer Media or Metzeler shall not be held responsible for non-delivery or delay of the Prize or any failure by a Winner to take advantage of the Prize or redeem the Prize for any reason and no alternative will be provided. The prize will be sent via a courier to a registered commercial address, for example a tyre dealer or motorcycle dealership. The prize will not be dispatched to a domestic/ personal address. The winner is responsible for contact the said delivery address in advance and advise them that the tyres are on the way. The winner will be responsible for the fitting charges of the prize. The Winners agree and procure not to sell, offer to sell or use the Prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the Prize on an internet auction site). To accept the Prize, the Winner must respond to the email notification from Bauer Media within 1 week.
5. THE PRIZE	One prize each month will be picked at random. The prize is a pair of Metzeler tyres. The winner will be liable for the fitting charges. The prize will not be delivered to a domestic or personal dress i.e. home. It must be delivered to a registered commercial address such as a motorcycle dealership or tyre dealership. The Prize is provided by Metzeler Motorcycle Tyres and we are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
