TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Absolute, Magic, Scala and Planet Rock with EE Full Fibre online competition (the “Competition”).
These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

| 2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN |
THIS IS A SHARED PRIZE FUND ACROSS 4 BAUER COMMERICAL RADIO STATIONS
How to win: Play the ‘EE Full Fibre Pong Game’ where the entrant plays against EE’s Full Fibre. When the entrant loses, they will be presented with the choice to enter their details in the competition form. There will be 4 winners of the Competition in total. The prize winner will be chosen by electric random draw.
Mechanic: The entrants will play the ‘EE Full Fibre Pong Game’ – Once the entrant has clicked the ‘play’ button, *the computer will read the users Wi-Fi speed. **The quality and speed of the entrants Wi-Fi will determine the speed of the entrant’s side of the pong game (Eg. Good wifi = faster bar to bounce the ball and vis versa.) The entrant will be playing against the EE AI player who is ultra-fast as they are using EE’s Full Fibre.
Instructions on how to play pong: you can move the small rectangle at the bottom of the page using your mouse, arrow keys or sliding with your finger if you are on a mobile phone/tablet. You do not have to win against the EE AI player in order to enter into the competition, once you lose the competition the entry form will appear.
The user can play the game as many times as they like, once the user has lost the game, they will be presented with an option to enter the competition.
Entrants will have to fill in the competition entry form with their correct details in order to be in the competition.
*The computer does not accurately read the users Wi-Fi speed – this is just for entertainment purposes and is not a true representation of your Wi-Fi speed. **No Wi-Fi will get higher than ‘Average’ or ‘Good’ – this is dramatized for entertainment purposes and should not be used to accurately test your Wi-Fi.

| 3. ENTRY PERIOD | Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:
Scala Monday 11th April 2022 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to Friday 01st July 2022 September at 23:59pm (“End Time”).
Absolute Monday 11th April 2022 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to Friday 30th September 2022 at 23:59pm (“End Time”).
KISS Monday 11th June 2022 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to Sunday 9th October 2022 at 23:59pm (“End Time”).
MAGIC From Monday 08th June 2022 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to Sunday 9th October 2022 at 23:59pm (“End Time”).
Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.
However, if the winner cannot be contacted within 21 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them/the closing date of the competition, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Delivery is available to one address within mainland UK only; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Due to industry-wide supply chain issues, there may be unforeseen delays to deliveries of physical prizes; We will endeavour to get products delivered to winners as quickly as possible; All prizes are subject to availability; Exact makes and models may vary; In the event that any of the products listed above are unavailable, an alternative product of equal monetary value will be provided; The items may need to be signed for on delivery and it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged; recipient may need to provide ID on delivery; It is the responsibility of the winner or the winner’s parent/guardian to provide the correct delivery information to prize provider; Items will arrive separately; The prize excludes anything not expressly listed above; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. 1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. For SMS entries you automatically consent to receive marketing. You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to the relevant text shortcode number. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, then your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
3. MISCELLANEOUS.
We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
