Terms and Conditions:
Information on how to enter the “12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS” (Promotion) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the “12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS” is deemed as acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Purebaby Pty Ltd ACN 111 171 950 of 135 Cromwell Street Collingwood, Victoria, 3066.
Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, over the age of 18 years.
Employees of Purebaby, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion commences at 5:00 PM AEST on December 1st 2019 and will remain open until Midnight AEDT Thursday 12th December 2019.
Purebaby reserves the right to close the competition at any time, without notice.
Prize includes;
1 x $3000 Purebaby voucher.
- Only entries submitted according to these Terms and Conditions will be accepted.
- Each entrant can only enter once, but can follow the alternative steps for multiple entries.
- Winner and runners up will be selected at random.
- The Promoter will draw the winner on Friday 13th December, 2019.
- The Promoter shall endeavour to contact the winners via their provided email address within one week of the selection date. In the event that any winner does not reply to Purebaby within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner/s will be selected at random and the original winner/s will be deemed to forfeit any Prize.
- Where there is an unclaimed Prize, Purebaby will redraw a winner on the 20th December, 2019.
- The winners will be contacted and the Prize will be arranged and sent to a confirmed street address in Australia. Please allow up to 2 months for the delivery of your Prize.
- The Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The Prize is valid to be redeemed on the dates set out on the face of the Prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Purebaby, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
Use of personal information:
(a) By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter contacting them via email if they are the winner of the Promotion. Entry also indicates consent to the promoter to send brand marketing communications via EDM, and join the Pure Love rewards program.
- Entrants will keep the Promoter harmless from any claims in relation to their entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person.
- Each entrant also confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their information in the entry and the use of the entry by the entrant and the Promoter.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
- If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written direction given under regulation.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
