TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Scotland’s School’s Out For Summer 2022 with Conifox” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.
This is a Hits Radio Networks Scotland Competition, running across the following radio brands: Clyde 1, Forth 1, MFR, Northsound 1, Radio Borders, Tay FM, West FM & Westsound FM.
1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
Online Prize Winner
The Winner will be a person who enters the online competition between 00:00 on Monday 27th June 2022 and 09:00 on Friday 5th August 2022.
The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw after 09:00 on Friday 5th August 2022. If the winner cannot be contacted within 1 week, we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid. The Winner will be contacted within 7 days after the closing date to be told they have won.
4. ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry who live in Scotland and North Northumberland.
o Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any employees of any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered
o One entry per residential household
5. The Competition and the Prize
The prize winner(s) will be those persons who enters their details on the form and are selected by electronic random draw.
1x Individual winner will be chosen.
We reserve the right to pick a replacement winner if the original Winner does not comply with any of these terms.
6. THE PRIZE
One winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):
1 x family ticket to The Tartan Titan PLUS entry to Conifox Adventure Park or Activity Centre, with lunch for the family (up to the value of £40).
Family ticket consists of 2 adults and 2 children. Prize must be taken between 6-16 August 2022. Upon booking, Rules of Play will be issued and a waiver must be completed. Safety instructions will be given before entry.
All children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a participating adult for health and safety requirements.
1 Adult to 3 children (under 12 yrs), 1 Adult to 5 teens (13-17 yrs)
Participants must be between 1.2m and 2m tall and must not weigh more than 133kg/21 stone.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. PRIZE PROVIDER
The Prize is provided by Conifox (the “Prize Provider”).
Bauer Media (the “Promoter”) are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

8. DATA PROTECTION
Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS
By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions,
photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.
2. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
3. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
4. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
