This letter is to inform you that Belterra will host a social media ticket giveaway for all social media users as well as Boyd Rewards patrons beginning Monday, Nov. 3, at 10:01am, through Sunday, Nov. 9, at 11:59pm. The following program details will apply to this promotion.
Patrons who wish to participate are directed to a URL (Internet website address), which is hosted by Marigold Grow (formerly known as Cheetah), to gain access to an entry form(s) related to the current giveaway/ contest offered. Patrons who visit the URL will fill out all details requested on the provided entry form and agree to all terms, conditions, and rules, which are easily viewable by the patron when entering.

- TWENTY(20) patrons will be randomly selected via Marigold Grow (formerly known as Cheetah) to win a pair of tickets to see Landslide - A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac at Belterra Casino Resort on Saturday, Nov. 15.
- Winning patrons’ names will be submitted to a member of the marketing department for validation that the patron(s) is not on the disassociated patrons (DAP) list.
- The winner(s) will be notified of their win on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025.
- The winner(s) must confirm their winning status by responding to the initial email announcing their win within FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS of receiving said notification email. After FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS, any patron who has not claimed their prize will be forfeited from winner eligibility, and new patron(s) will be selected. Winners will only be redrawn once. Redrawn winners will forfeit their prize after 14 days.
- After confirming their winning status via email response, winning patrons will be able to claim their tickets at will call after 4pm on the day of the show. The winner will have to present a valid photo ID and Boyd Rewards card to claim their prize.
- o Should the winner not have a Boyd Rewards card, they are requested to sign up for one at the Boyd Rewards Cage prior to claiming their prize
- Guests may enter the giveaway once per day throughout the duration of the giveaway.
- Should an instance occur where we run out of gifts, tickets or prizes, the Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager or VP of Marketing will resolve any and all disputes, based on the conditions of the specific situation.
- Number of prizes determined to disperse is based on individual social media promotion.
- Number of prizes claimed depends on patrons’ response rate
- Patrons must be present to pick up their tickets.
- No proxies permitted.
Additional Rules
- No purchase necessary to enter.
- The winner(s) will be notified by the email address provided. The winner(s) has(have) 48 hours to respond before an alternate winner is selected.
- Winner must provide valid ID and players' card before receiving the prize.
- Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be switched with other prizes.
- By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the promotion.

- Belterra Casino Resort Marketing Officials will resolve any and all disputes.
- Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Belterra Casino Resort management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding for all participants.
- Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless Belterra Casino Resort against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this promotion. Belterra Casino Resort assumes no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes.
- By participating in this promotion, participants hereby grant Belterra Casino Resort permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as Belterra Casino Resort, in their sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives and prints made therefrom and by Belterra Casino Resort, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Participants waive any right, which he may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary, 2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name, 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art, and 4) any advertising of products or services.
- No Belterra Casino Resort employee may participate in any Belterra Casino Resort promotion, slot tournament or contest. In addition, immediate family members or household members of any employees belonging to the Marketing and Casino Marketing departments are excluded. Also excluded from participation are any Belterra Casino Resort director or above and members of their immediate families and households. Immediate family and step-related family are defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above mentioned individuals.
- Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice.
- Limit one prize per winner; a second prize may not be earned or received by the same patron.
- Entrants must have a players card to qualify.
- Entrants must be 21 years of age or older.
