August VOXI Drop Showcase Terms & Conditions

1. Closing Date

1. The showcase ‘Spin-to-win’ mechanic will open at 11:00 on 8^th August 2023 and close at 23:59 on 10^th August 2023 (‘Closing Date’).

2. Prize Draw Details

1. There are a total of 5 different specific prizes and 21,024 giveaways to be won throughout the three-day showcase. Each specific prize is available to win each day of the showcase and quantities of each prize will be split equally across the three days. Customers will be able to enter (spin the wheel for a chance to win) once every day for the 3 days.
2. 21,000 x £15 Skinnydip Gift Cards are available to win for VOXI customers over the showcase duration. 7,000 are available to win each day of the showcase.
   • Gift Cards Expire and must be utilised online by 31^st August 2023.
3. 9 x JBL Flip 6 Speakers are available to win for VOXI customers over the showcase duration. 3 are available to win each day of the showcase.
4. 9 x JBL Live Pro 2 Earbuds are available to win for VOXI customers over the showcase duration. 3 are available to win each day of the showcase.
5. 3 x KISS Haunted House Party (28^thOctober 2023) prize packages you and one guest worth £2,070 + VAT are available to win over the showcase duration. One prize is available to win each day of the showcase. Each Prizes includes (for both the winner and guest):
   • Return train travel from mainland UK rail station to Liverpool
   • Return private station transfer in Liverpool
   • 1 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4* min) in Liverpool, based on two people sharing one double/twin room
   • Daily breakfast
   • 2 Tickets to KISS Haunted House Party (one for the winner and one for the winner’s guest).

   • This prize must be taken 28^th October 2023.
   • Winner and/or Guest must be at least 18 years old. If either the winner or the guest is below the age of 18, they will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel and event attendance.
   • If you win the Kiss Haunted House Party prize for you and one friend, you must email team@element-london.com with your unique code within 48 hours to claim your prize.
6. 3 Clubbing Trip’s to Berlin Prize packages for you and one guest worth £2,500 + VAT are available to win over the showcase duration. One prize is available to win each day of the showcase. Each prize includes (for both the winner and guest):
   • Return flights from London to Berlin.
   • Return private airport transfers in Berlin.
   • 3 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4* min) in Berlin, based on two people sharing one double/twin room.
   • Daily breakfast.
   • Entry to a top Berlin nightclub (based on Ritter Butzke).
   • Berlin nightlife tour, including visits to top bars, lounges, and clubs around Berlin.
   • Dinner and drinks at a top restaurant in Berlin, to the value of £75 per person.
   • £300 spending money (for the winner only).
   • Travel insurance.
   • Winner and/or guest must be aged 18 or over; If either the winner or the guest is aged under 18, the nightlife tour and nightclub tickets will be replaced (for both of you) with another activity of equal value, due to age restrictions of the tour & nightclub. If either the winner or guest is below the age of 18, they will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel.

3. Selection and Notification Process

1. To participate in this VOXI Drop Showcase, you need to be an existing VOXI customer with an active plan.
2. VOXI customers are required to log in to their VOXI account.
3. Once inside the VOXI account, they are required to navigate to the VOXI Drop area of their account. VOXI customers who have not opted-in to our marketing communications can enter the Giveaway by visiting the VOXI Drop area of their account.
4. Once inside the VOXI Drop area of their account VOXI customers need to visit the VOXI Drop showcase by clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button. Once clicked, customers will be redirected to the VOXI Drop showcase and need to input their details including full name and email address, and read + accept both the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
5. For a chance to win customers must then Click ‘Spin’.
6. Using this method, one entry can be submitted per VOXI customer each day of the showcase for a chance to win a prize each day. VOXI customers cannot enter more than once a day. You will not be able to choose which prize(s) you wish to ‘spin’ for a chance to win.
7. Winners will be selected at random throughout each showcase day. If you are a winner, you will be alerted instantly, along with a unique code and instructions on how to claim. In order to claim your prize, you must follow the instructions given. An email will also be sent to the email address you provided before clicking ‘spin’.
8. If you are a winner but do not receive an email with instructions on how to claim your prize due to providing an incorrect email address, VOXI will not be to blame or liable to replace your prize with the same prize, a replacement prize or equal monetary value.
9. If you win a skinnydip Gift Card of £15, you must head to the skinnydip website and redeem by 31.08.23. This can be used multiple times until the value is depleted. Free P&P is not included on top of the gift Card value. Vouchers can only be redeemed against skinnydip own brand, non-sale items and cannot be combined with any other discount code/voucher/promotion. Gift Cards Can be used multiple times until balance is redeemed.
10. If you win a JBL Flip 6 Speaker, you must email team@element-london.com with your unique winning code within 48 hours to claim your prize.
11. If you win a JBL Live Pro 2 Earbud, you must email team@element-london.com with your unique winning code within 48 hours to claim your prize.
12. If you win the Clubbing Trip to Berlin for you and one guest, you must email team@element-london.com with your unique winning code within 48 hours to claim your prize.
13. If you win the KISS Haunted House Party Package for you and one guest, you must email team@element-london.com with your unique winning code within 48 hours to claim your prize.
14. You must be a current VOXI customer at the time you are contacted about winning, in order to claim the Prize.

4. Exclusions

1. Sorry but you can’t enter the Prize Draws if: you don’t live in the UK; you’re under 13 years old – if you’re aged between 13 and 18 you must have permission to enter each day of the ‘Spin for a chance to win’ showcase from a parent or guardian. 
2. To claim the Clubbing Trip to Berlin for you and one guest, either you and/or your guest must be at least 18 years old. Any travellers aged under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel. Minimum age for the nightlife tour and club tickets club admission is 18 years old. If one of the travellers are aged under 18, both the nightlife tour and club tickets will be replaced with an alternative activity of equal value (for both the winner and guest). 
3. To claim the KISS Haunted House Party Prize Package for you and one guest, either you and/or your guest must be at least 18 years old. Any attendees aged under 18 will require parent or guardian permission. The prize must be taken on the 28^th October 2023; no alternative dates will be provided. 
4. We don’t allow you to transfer your Prize to someone else and we won’t give you cash instead.
5. Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the showcase smoothly, we won’t be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control and/or any technical faults resulting in multiple winners of Prizes beyond the stated quantities (In this unlikely event, the first randomly chosen person / people will be the official winner(s) of the Prize).
6. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries to the showcase and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these terms.
7. By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these terms. Our decisions are final, and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses with you.
8. Prizes are offered as described in these terms. The descriptions have been provided by the respective Prize Providers and VOXI is not responsible for any inaccuracies supplied in connection with this giveaway.
9. VOXI reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel these showcase prizes at any time.
10. JBL Flip 6 Speakers/ JBL Live Pro 2 Earbuds: Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom only; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Due to industry-wide supply chain issues, there may be unforeseen delays to deliveries of physical prizes. We will endeavour to get products delivered to winners as quickly as possible; All prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any of the products listed above are unavailable, an alternative product of equal value will be provided; The winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery note is checked on receipt; The prize excludes anything not expressly listed in the ‘Prize Draw Details’ section above.
11. KISS Haunted House Party Prize Package for Two: Standard class train travel from UK mainland stations only: Trains will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available; The prize excludes travel from the winner’s & guest’s home addresses to their nearest train station; Winner and guest must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Children under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel; Spending money (for the winner only) will be provided to the winner by BACS transfer to their nominated account; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room; Hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; All prize elements are subject to availability; The prize must be taken on the 28^th October 2023 and all elements of the prize must be taken at once; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; Winner and/or guest must be aged 18 or over; Children under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to event attendance; Proof of age/ ID will be required to attend the KISS Haunted House Party; The two tickets to the KISS Haunted House Party must be collected from the event on the day, ID will be required from the winner; The prize excludes meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the ‘Prize Draw Details’ section above.
12. Clubbing Trip to Berlin for Two: Economy flights available from major international airports in London only; Flights will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available; Winner and guest must each have a full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are the responsibility of winner and guest; Spending money (for winner only) will be provided to the winner by BACS transfer to their nominated account; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room; Hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; All prize elements are subject to availability; The prize cannot be taken from 21^st December – 2^nd January (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday; The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one of the attendees (winner or guest) must be aged 18 or over; If either the winner or guest is aged under 18, the nightlife tour and nightclub tickets will be replaced for a prize of equal value, due to age restrictions of the tour & nightclub; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the ‘Prize Draw Details’ section above.

5. General

1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
2. VOXI reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond VOXI’s control make it necessary to do so.
3. The Prize is given on an “as is” basis and is not negotiable or transferable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOXI expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, whether express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose, in respect of the Prize.
4. Please allow 30 days for delivery of the Prize from the date on which the winner claims the Prize.
5. The name of the winner will be made available on written request for 1 calendar month after the date on which the winner is announced. If you object to any or all of your name being published or made available, please contact us. In such circumstances, we may still be required to provide your name and accompanying details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6. We reserve the right as we deem fit to vary or change any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such variation or change will be notified to you by posting the updated Terms and Conditions or in any other manner as we deem fit.

6. Liability

1. Insofar as is permitted by law, VOXI, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize and/or usage of the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of VOXI, our agents or distributors or that of our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. The title in the Prize and any risk of loss or damage to the Prize will pass to the winner upon delivery of the Prize to such winner. VOXI is not liable for or obliged to replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prize where such defect, loss or damage in respect of the Prize is not due to the fault and/or negligence of VOXI.
3. VOXI accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry to the Prize Draw that is not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure.

7. Publicity & Content

We will process the information you provide in relation to this promotion for the purposes of running this promotion, to contact you if you win and to provide and tailor our products and services to you. If you are a winner, unless you object, we may publish or make available your details if requested to demonstrate that a valid award took place. For some promotions, we may also use your entry, your name, your social media username and/or photos for promotional purposes including for display on our social media channels and other marketing materials. 8. No cash alternative

Subject to availability. The Prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer.
