The promotion will be open for guest entries beginning Tuesday,11/17/2020 at 9:00am PST. Entry will end Tuesday, 12/8/2020 at 11:59pm PST.
Guests will be permitted to enter ONCE per day throughout the length of the promotion.
Ten (10) guests will be randomly selected to receive one of 10 (ten) prizes. Each selected winner will be emailed on Wednesday, 12/9/2020 at 10am PST.
Promotion winners will be determined via random selection through Cheetah Digital (Wayin), in which all entrants voluntarily surrender any requested personal information needed by Cheetah Digital (Wayin), to enter into social media platform promotions. Entries will be maintained electronically via Cheetah Digital (Wayin). Social Media Specialist and/or Cheetah Digital (Wayin) will accept entries and determine winner(s) on the social media platform via a random draw. Cheetah Digital (Wayin), is an online platform that allows patrons to build and host online experiences including the execution of social media giveaways/contests. Giveaway(s) are built by the Boyd Gaming Social Media team and then executed via the Cheetah Digital (Wayin) platform. Patrons who wish to participate, are directed to a URL (internet website address) which is hosted by Cheetah Digital (Wayin) to gain access to any entry form(s) related to the current giveaway/contest offered. Patrons that visit the URL will fill out all details requested on the provided entry form and agree to all terms, conditions and rules which are easily viewable by the patron when entering. Cheetah Digital (Wayin) will store the patrons' entry information which has been agreed to be released by the patron upon entry into the giveaway/contest. All winners are selected via a random generated program hosted by Cheetah Digital (Wayin) which provides security of information and anonymous winner selection. Social Media specialist will obtain the winner(s) information from the Cheetah Digital (Wayin) platform and may then contact the winner(s) based on the personal information provided during participation entry.
This promotion is only valid in the United States, excluding WA.
The winner will be notified by the email address provided. Each winner has 48 hours to respond before an alternate winner is selected.
Winner(s) must provide valid ID and players’ card before receiving the prize.
Winners selected to receive a physical prize must provide a United States mailing address within 30 days of notification of their win; Washington state addresses will not be accepted. Winning participants will not be charged shipping for any prize won. If a selected entrant does not provide shipping information within 30 days, they will forfeit their win, and a new entrant will be selected.
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be switched with other prizes.
By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the promotion.
Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency or Boyd Gaming or one of its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Boyd Gaming Corporation Marketing Officials will resolve any and all disputes.
Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Boyd Gaming Corporation management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding for all participants.
Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless Boyd Gaming Corporation and any Boyd Gaming property involved in this promotion against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this promotion. Boyd Gaming Corporation and all associated gaming properties assume no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes.
By participating in this promotion, participants hereby grant Boyd Gaming Corporation and all of its properties permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as Boyd Gaming Corporation, in their sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives and prints made therefrom and by Boyd Gaming Corporation, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Participants waive any right, which he may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary, 2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name, 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art, and 4) any advertising of products or services.
No Boyd Gaming Corporation employee, at the corporate or property level, may participate in any Boyd Gaming Corporation promotion, slot tournament, or other such contest.  In addition, immediate family members or household members of any employees belonging to the Marketing and Casino Marketing departments at any Boyd Gaming property are excluded.  Also excluded from participation are any Boyd Gaming Corporation director(s) or above and members of their immediate families and households. Immediate Family is defined as: spouse, domestic partner, parent/stepparent, child/stepchild, sibling/stepsibling, grandparent, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law as well as other adoptive relationships or others who share your same household. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above-mentioned individuals.
Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice.
Entrants are only eligible to win the stated prize(s) one (1) time. Once a guest has been selected as a winner for one of the prizes listed, they are no longer eligible to win an additinal prize during the same drawing.
Entrants must be 21 years of age or older to qualify for this competition.
