1. Ameristar Casino St. Charles, LLC. ("Ameristar") will host the social media giveaway promotion from January 13-29, 2021.
2. This promotion is available to the public.
3. Participants will be prompted to enter the giveaway via a link provided on the hosted social media site. Ameristar’s page on the hosted social media site will list giveaway details such as item description, valid participation window, the number of winners and when they will be chosen.
4. Participants who click on the link will be prompted to fill out the giveaway form. Once completed participants will click “enter” to submit the form.
5. One (1) winner will be selected at random and will receive one (1) hour of play at TopGolf Swing Suite for up to 8 people and a $50 food and drink credit to be used during their play.
6. Winner can redeem prize Sunday-Thursday 11am-7pm and prize must be redeemed by March 31, 2021.
7. Bookings are subject to Swing Suite availability.
8. The winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours of entries closing for that time period.
9. The winner will have up to 48 hours, after contact is made or attempted, to respond or a new winner will be chosen, up to 3 times.
10. Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to participate. Must provide proof of age acceptable to management upon request.
11. The prize is not transferable.
12. Winners must appear in person and present valid, non-expired government issued photo identification. No proxies allowed. Failure to provide required identification will result in prize forfeiture.
13. Ameristar Casino reserves the right to substitute prizes if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
14. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility
15. Winners are responsible for any United States federal, state, or local taxes and/or government fees that may be imposed in connection with the acceptance of the prize.
16. Immediate family members and members of the household of employees of Ameristar and any other Boyd Gaming Corporation owned Missouri property are ineligible to participate. Employees of Ameristar, any other Boyd Gaming Corporation owned Missouri property and corporate employees of Boyd Gaming
Corporation, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and other coordinating agencies with this promotion are ineligible (this includes their respective directors, officers and key persons). Immediate family is defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above-mentioned individuals. Employees of the advertising agencies, MGC staff and MGC/State Police agents are not eligible to participate.
17. Void where prohibited by law.
18. Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless Ameristar and Boyd Gaming Corporation against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this promotion. Ameristar and Boyd Gaming Corporation assume no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes.
19. By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the promotion.
20. Ameristar reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the official rules.
21. Ameristar marketing officials will resolve any and all disputes at their discretion, and their decisions are final.
22. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify this promotion at any time in accordance with Missouri Gaming Regulations. No modification shall, as of the date of the modification, materially alter or change any prize awarded or to be awarded to any participant.
23. Ameristar will not be held responsible for a patron’s inability to receive email at the address entered on entry form.
24. By participating in this promotion, participants hereby grant Ameristar permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as Ameristar, in their sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable, where permitted by law. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives and prints made there from and by Ameristar, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Participants waive any right, which he/she may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary, 2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name, 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art, and 4) any advertising of products or services.
25. Ameristar is not liable for lost, late, illegible, mutilated or misdirected mail or entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in the omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by it, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the promotional activity.
26. If the promotional activity is not capable of running as planned due to printing or typographical errors, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes within or beyond the control of the Sponsor or Sponsor’s authorized representatives which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Ameristar reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotional activity.
27. Offer not valid for persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Boyd Gaming operates or who have been otherwise excluded from the participating property. 28. In the event a prize winner has returned counter checks/markers, Ameristar reserves the right to withhold the balance due or any portion of the balance due from any cash winnings, including but not limited to winnings from special events, promotions, and drawings.
29. Ameristar reserves the right to substitute retail merchandise for a retail prize. Substitution will be of greater or equal value of original prize.

33. Claiming the prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner.
