Get your dose of science fun this summer with Glasgow Science Centre!

Where would we be without science? Glasgow Science Centre turns 21 this year and we’re celebrating with over 400 interactive experiences and more to keep visitors of all ages entertained for hours this summer. Here’s a sneak peek!

See how fast you can sprint and discover more about the human body at “Bodyworks” or play a game of tic tac toe with a robotic arm in “Idea No59”. Let your mind play tricks on you in “A Question of Perception” or get charged up for an adventure at “Powering the Future”. Make a splash with sound and strike a pose with colourful shadows as you get hands-on with fascinating phenomena in “Explore!” and for the wee ones, there’s “The Big Explorer” to get them started on their journey to discovering how fun science is!

Outside, take a walk around our wetland moat to discover local biodiversity or have a play with outdoor exhibits before taking a rest in our Fibonacci Garden.

And there’s more! Glasgow Science Centre is also home to the UK’s first Newton Flight Academy where you can discover the thrill of flying and science of aviation as you pilot a plane in Scotland’s only full motion flight simulators or immerse yourself in the magic of cinema at the IMAX Theatre at Glasgow Science Centre where you can watch educational films or the latest blockbusters on Scotland’s biggest cinema screen.

All visits need to be pre-booked online. Visit the website for full details and get your tickets on the Glasgow Science Centre website.
