TERMS AND CONDITIONS for BAUER x ALLWYN x MUSIC VENUE TRUST COMPETITION JUNE 2026 - THE ONLINE PRIZE AND HOW TO WIN
These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
There will be seven (7) winners of the Competition in total.
To be eligible to win, you will need to correctly answer the multiple-choice question featured on the competition page and enter your personal details.
At the point of entry, the entrant will also need to confirm their preference for which show(s) they would like to attend (if they are selected as the winner). Each entrant may select up to two options from the following selection:

(Each a “Show”)
The winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from all valid entries that correctly answer the question featuring on the competition page.
The winning draw will take place after the End Time (defined below).
For each Show a maximum of six (6) tickets are available in total, comprising three (3) pairs of tickets. Each winner may receive one (1) pair of tickets only. Tickets for each Show will be allocated to eligible winners on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability. Tickets will be offered to winners in the order winners are drawn.
If all three (3) pairs of tickets have been allocated, no further tickets will be available for that Show. Winners will then be offered tickets to their second choice of Show. If this Show has no remaining tickets either, we will randomly select a different winner who can be allocated to Shows with ticket availability. This process will continue until all tickets have been allocated.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:
From Tuesday 2nd June 2026 at 00:01 am (the “Start Time”) to Sunday 14th June 2026 at 23:59 (“End Time”).
Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.
The winners will be contacted on Monday 15th June 2026 by call, using the number they have provided. If they do not answer on first attempt, they will be called again immediately after. If they still do not answer the call, another winner will be randomly selected.
This process will continue until we have a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these terms.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
- Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.
- Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.
- We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
- Anyone who has won a Bauer competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this competition nor will anyone else at their address. If by any chance they get through to the phone lines – any prize they have been successful with will not be awarded. 5. THE PRIZE
This is a shared prize across the Stations as listed in Section 1.
There will be seven (7) winners in total.
Each winner will receive the following prize package (the “Prize”):
- 1x Pair of ‘Standard Tickets’ to the Show as defined when they entered online.
Full list of Shows as detailed in Section 2.
- £400 via cheque or bank transfer
A unique URL to redeem tickets will be sent via email to the winner. This unique URL will take the winner to the Universe/Ticketmaster website where they will redeem their tickets by following the ‘get tickets’ process and can download tickets to print or save in their ‘wallet’ on the app. Winners will need to enter name and address on this page. The email address that winners use to login to their Ticketmaster account must be the same as the one that is provided to us at the point of winning.
The name of the Competition entry must match that of your ID if you are asked to present it at the venue.
It must be you – the winner - that attends the event, tickets are non-transferable. Please bring photo ID to the site with you. Without this, you may be refused entry.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Where it emerges after the Prize has been awarded that the entrant was in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner and they will not be entitled to any further reward or remuneration. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who breach our terms and conditions from entering our competitions.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Once the unique URL has been issued to the winner, it is the winner’s responsibility to activate and redeem it. Bauer accepts no responsibility for lost, deleted, or non-activated tickets. In the event that the ticket is not activated correctly, becomes inaccessible, or fails to function, the promoter is not obliged to replace, reimburse, or reissue the prize.
- Delivery of the unique URL will be via email (noting the requirement above in 5.) within 14 days of winner notification; Winners should check their junk folder; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; All prizes are subject to availability; In the event that the item listed above is unavailable, an alternative item of equal value will be provided; It is the responsibility of the winner or the winner’s parent/guardian to provide the correct e-mail address to prize provider; We take no responsibility for any loss winners may incur as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud. Additional terms may apply and will vary by Ticketmaster; The prize excludes anything not expressly listed above.

OTHER CONDITIONS
- DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. For SMS entries you automatically consent to receive marketing. You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to the relevant text shortcode number. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, then your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station, or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings, or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
- MISCELLANEOUS.
- Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.
- Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however, we are not obliged to, and our decision, in either case, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
- You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.
- We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues, or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
- Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful, or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated, or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.
- As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.
We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
