This year, the sell-out Conifox Christmas Experience returns better than ever! We are partnering with the 21CC Productions to create an unmissable festive spectacular.

21CC Productions are the hugely talented team behind Wondrous Woods and Perth Christmas Wonderland and they will be adding their technical excellence throughout the production of this experience! We are massively excited to be working in partnership with one of Scotland’s best event producers.

Families can immerse themselves in the world of Santa Claus, meet all of their favourite characters along the way and make magical festive memories. Check in at North Pole Passport Control to grab your Christmas Passport and get ready to step through the Magic Gateway to the North Pole. Journey through the winter world of the Magic Forest where Frosty the Snowman and his friends will get all the family moving and warmed with festive spirit. Settle down in front of the fire with Mrs Claus, in her cosy kitchen, who will share traditional festive tales and joyful songs. Venture through Who-ville on your way to the Elf Village and Reindeer Flying School and keep an eye out for the Grinch who loves to play tricks and make everyone as grumpy as him! Stop off at Santa’s Sweet Shop where the elves would be delighted to help you decorate delicious Christmas Cookies to take home with you. Find out if you have been good enough this year to pass through the Naughty or Nice Scanner. Finish your journey at the Toy Workshop where you can help the elves fix the Toy Maker 3000 to make sure all the children receive their gifts! Children can then exchange their Golden Coin for their very own special quality gift of their choice.

As darkness falls, the crisp night air will come alive with lighting and effects that creates a magical experience. The work of the 21CC Productions is unparalleled and adds an unmissable wow factor this year!

New for 2022, there will be the outdoor Christmas Market and our Christmas Funfair, which is being delivered in partnership with Taylor’s of Edinburgh Funfair. Grab a special Christmas gift for loved ones or hop on the rides for more family fun!

The Conifox Christmas Experience is running on selected dates from 25th November– 24th December, with entry times at 15-minute intervals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Yuletide Guide Scotland 2022 with Conifox” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

This is a Hits Radio Networks Scotland Competition, running across the following radio brands: Clyde 1, Forth 1, MFR, Northsound 1, Radio Borders, Tay FM & West FM.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Online Prize Winner

The Winner will be a person who enters the online competition between 00:00 on Monday 14^th November 2022 and 09:00 on Thursday 15th December 2022.

The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw after 9am on Thursday 15th December 2022. If the winner cannot be contacted within 1 day, we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid. The Winner will be contacted within 7 days after the closing date to be told they have won.

4. ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry who live in Scotland and North Northumberland.

o Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any employees of any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered

o One entry per residential household

5. The Competition and the Prize

The prize winner(s) will be those persons who enters their details on the form and are selected by electronic random draw.

1 x Individual winner will be chosen.

We reserve the right to pick a replacement winner if the original Winner does not comply with any of these terms.

6. THE PRIZE

One winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):

2 x tickets on date of choice between 19^th and 23^rd of Dec to attend Conifox Christmas 2022. Dates subject to availability.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered

7. PRIZE PROVIDER

The Prize is provided by Conifox Adventure Park (the “Prize Provider”).

Bauer Media (the “Promoter”) are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS

By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions,

photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.

2. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

3. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

4. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure businesses that are providing the prizes are Covid-19 safe, we cannot be held responsible for any restrictions or alterations that the business may have in place due to the current Covid-19 regulations.
