TREASURE CHEST CASINO TREES OF HOPE 2024

RULES:

· Participants must be a registered non-profit organization or designate a registered non-profit organization to which any prize money will be awarded. Prize money will be paid directly to registered non-profit organizations only.

· After receiving a confirmation reserving their Tree, participants (or their designated non-profit organization) who have not participated before must register with Boyd Gaming as a Supplier via the internet by Monday, November 18^th at 5pm. All participants must be registered before any prize payment can be made. The procedure is as follows:

1. Go to www.boydgaming.com.

2. Click on Suppliers.

3. Click on Supplier Applications.

4. Complete all areas in bold lettering that apply – you will need to have the non-profit TAX ID number available, mailing address, contact and phone number.

5. Within the application, you will be asked “What property do you want to do business with?” Click on Treasure Chest Casino, Kenner, La.

6. When completed, click on Submit.

7. NOTE: The website “times out” after 60 minutes of inactivity. You should print out the application first, make sure you have all the necessary information, and then go back online to fill out the form.

· Participants MUST ONLY decorate their Tree during the designated decorating period listed below.

· Each participant will be supplied with a 6’ artificial Tree – no electrical decorations will be allowed. Each Tree will be labeled by Treasure Chest Casino with the Organization’s name.

· Trees and location of display will be assigned randomly to each participating charity group.

· No “spray-on” type decorations will be allowed that permanently alters the Tree. (i.e. artificial snow, glitter, etc.)

· All decorations MUST be removed from the Tree during the allotted “un-decorating” time period. Treasure Chest is not responsible for decorations that are not removed by the end of this time period.

· Treasure Chest Casino may add rules to address questions and issues as they arise.

· Treasure Chest Casino may disqualify any participant from the contest based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of contest rules or other misconduct at the sole discretion of the Treasure Chest Casino. Soliciting voters will not be allowed on our property and may result in disqualification.

· By participation, entrants agree to abide by all official rules. Failure to comply with the rules of this competition may result in disqualification.

· Treasure Chest Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

· The public vote lasts from 11/25/2024 to 12/18/2024. Each day Boyd Rewards members can visit any kiosk to place their vote. Members must select their favorite Tree at any kiosk, only once per day. People can also vote via our social media voting portal, once a day.

· Prize structure is as follows: 1^st Place - $5,000; 2^nd Place - $2,500; 3^rd Place - $1,000; All other places receive $250.
