7 Summers Ticket Giveaway - 2024
OFFICIAL RULES
Diamond Jo Casino Dubuque will host a social media giveaway promotion for tickets to see 7 Summers at Mississippi Moon Bar on July 6, 2024 at 8:00pm CST. Guests will be able to submit an entry once per day via social media beginning at 10:00am CST on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 through 11:59pm CST Tuesday, July 2, 2023. Three (3) winner(s) will be randomly selected; each winner will receive two (2) tickets to see 7 Summers on July 6, 2024 at 8:00pm CST.
Winner(s) will be notified on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 via email to inform them of their win and to coordinate delivery/collection of the prize. Winner(s) will have 24 hours to communicate acceptance of their prize via email. Any failure of a winner to notify and communicate acceptance within the timeframe will result in forfeiture of their prize. In the event that a potential winner forfeits or is disqualified for any reason, there will be no alternate winner(s) selected.
HOW TO ENTER:
Participants will be prompted to enter the giveaway via a link provided on the Diamond Jo Casino Dubuque's social media site(s).
Participants who click on the link will be prompted to fill out the giveaway form. To submit a valid entry, guests must
- Provide their legal first and last name(s)
- Include a valid email address
- Provide their date of birth. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older with a valid state or government-issued photo identification card.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions of this contest
Once completed, participants will click “enter” to submit the form.

All prizes and entries are non-transferable.
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of the sponsors.

1) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss,
2) theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind,
3) lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boyd, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion.
Boyd Gaming may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules, or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion.
Promotion winners will be determined via participation entry(ies) and/or random selection through Cheetah Experience (Wayin).
All winners are responsible for the payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on their individual prizes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
Each winner assumes all liability for injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion, or use of redemption of the prize.
By participating in the social media platform promotions, participants hereby grant Diamond Jo Casino Dubuque permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as Diamond Jo Casino Dubuque, in their sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of the said photograph, including the negatives and prints made therefrom and by Diamond Jo Casino Dubuque, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Participants waive any right, which he/she may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to:
1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary,
2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name,
3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art, and
4) any advertising of products or services.
