TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “PRESENTS UNDER THE TREE 2023 WITH BEATSON CANCER CHARITY” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.
1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
Online Prize Winner
The Winner will be a person who enters the online competition between 00:00 on Monday 6th November 2023 and 09:00 on Monday 27th November 2023.
The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw after 9am on Monday 27th November 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.

DATES
Start Date: Monday 6th November 2023, 00:00. End Date: Monday 27th November 2023, 09:00.
Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid. The Winner will be contacted within 7 days after the closing date to be told they have won.
4. ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry who live in Scotland.
o Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any employees of any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered
o One entry per residential household
5. The Competition and the Prize
The prize winner(s) will be those persons who enters their details on the form and are selected by electronic random draw.
1 x Individual winner will be chosen.
We reserve the right to pick a replacement winner if the original Winner does not comply with any of these terms.
6. THE PRIZE
One winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):
4 X Beatson Charity places for the Santa Dash and a festive meal for 4 at Gost, Glasgow.
SANTA DASH: Entry for four people to the Santa Dash Run (5K), taking place at Glasgow Green on Sunday the 10th of December 2023 at 10:00am. Race numbers must be collected in person by the winner from the Santa Dash shop. Info will be provided by Beatson prior to the event.
MEAL: Festive meal for 4 guests (3 courses with two drinks each or x2 bottles of House wine) at Gost Glasgow. Dine in only. Valid Sunday - Thursday, 12pm-8pm, booking must be made in advance and date secured for use by 5th December with at least 72 hours' notice. Expiry date: Meal must be redeemed by the end of December 2023 for the festive menu.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. PRIZE PROVIDER
The Prize is provided by Beatson Cancer Charity (the “Prize Provider”).
Bauer Media (the “Promoter”) are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

8. DATA PROTECTION
Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. If you have, your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. For more details, see: http://www.bauerdatapromise.co.uk/.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS
By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions,
photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.
2. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
3. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
4. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.

12. COVID-19
With the ongoing pandemic, we reserve the right to alter time frames of the redemption of prizes and the dates that prizes have to be used by as a result of any government restrictions.
The winner must agree to abide by any local and/or national government restrictions when using their prizes. We will not be held liable for any rules that are broken by the winner.
Whilst we have made every effort to ensure businesses that are providing the prizes are Covid-19 safe, we cannot be held responsible for any restrictions or alterations that the business may have in place due to the current Covid-19 regulations.
We cannot be held responsible if a business has ceased trading.
