- Ameristar Casino Kansas City (“Ameristar”) may hold giveaways on social media on select days throughout 2024.
- For each individual giveaway, criteria such as how to enter and valid participation window will be posted on Ameristar’s landing page for the social media promotion.
- Quantity of items given away and process for winner selection will be dependent on social media website functionality but will be clearly communicated for each promotion.
- The winner will be contacted via email or phone information they submitted.
- Instructions will be given regarding the process for obtaining and redeeming the item.
- Items given away may be, but limited to, concert tickets, event tickets, gift item, hotel offer, bonus rewards or restaurant offer.
- The amount of time the winner will have to respond will be posted on the social media site or the offer will be forfeited.
- Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
- The prize is not transferrable.
- Winners must be (or become) a Boyd Rewards member to claim their prize. Boyd Rewards Cards can be obtained, free of charge, at the Boyd Rewards Center; membership is free.
- Winner must appear in person and present a valid, non-expired government issued photo ID and Boyd Rewards card. No proxies allowed. Failure to provide required identification will result in prize forfeiture.
- Ameristar reserves the right to substitute prizes if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- There will not be a cash option for this prize.
- Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
- Immediate family members and members of the household of employees of Ameristar and any other Boyd Gaming Corporation owned Missouri property are ineligible to participate. Employees of Ameristar, any other Boyd Gaming Corporation owned Missouri property and corporate employees of Boyd Gaming Corporation, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and other coordinating agencies with this promotion are ineligible (this includes their respective directors, officers and key persons). Immediate family is defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above-mentioned individuals. Employees of the advertising agencies, MGC staff and MGC/State Police agents are not eligible to participate.
- By participating in this promotion, participants, where permitted by law, hereby grant Ameristar permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as Ameristar , in its sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives and prints made there from and by Ameristar, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Participants waive any right, which he/she may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to: 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary; 2)any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name; 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art; and, 4) any advertising of products or services.
- Offer not valid to persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Boyd Gaming Corporation operates or who have been otherwise excluded from participating property.
- All decisions regarding the interpretation of the official rules, participation and the resolution of discrepancies and disputes shall be made by Ameristar management and that decision shall be final and binding for all participants.
- Each participant shall indemnify and hold harmless Ameristar and Boyd Gaming Corporation against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this offer. Ameristar and Boyd Gaming Corporation assume no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes.
- By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the promotion.
- Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion. No modification shall, as of the date of the modification, materially alter or change any prize awarded or to be awarded to any participant.
- Ameristar is not liable for lost, late, illegible, mutilated or misdirected mail or entries/ offers nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in the omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by it, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the promotional activity.
- If the promotional activity is not capable of running as planned due to printing or typographical errors, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes within or beyond the control of the Sponsor or Sponsor’s authorized representatives which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Ameristar reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotional activity.
- Ameristar reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the official rules.
- In the event a prize winner has derogatory markers and/or checks, Ameristar reserves the right to withhold the balance due or any portion of the balance due from any cash winnings, including but not limited to winnings from special events, promotions, and drawings.
- Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
- Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and requirements, including requirements of the Missouri Gaming Commission.
- All promotion times are Central Standard Time.
- Valid at Ameristar only.
- The official rules and any amendments to them will be made available at the Boyd Rewards Center.
