Full Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

7. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. One itemised receipt per entry receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

8. The Prizes: There will be a total of 9 winners
1. 5 winners will win 1 x Pair of VIP tickets to the UEFA European Women’s Championship England v Northern Ireland match at 20:00 BST on 15 July 2022 at St Marys Stadium, Southampton.
2. 4 winners will win 1 x Pair of VIP tickets for a box at the UEFA European Women’s Championship opening ceremony and England v Austria opening match at 20:00 BST on 6 July 2022 at Old Trafford, Manchester.

9. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
   1. The prize is for the winner and a guest.
   2. The prize is for the tickets only and does NOT include travel or accommodation.
   3. The winner is responsible for satisfying any Covid-19 testing or vaccination requirements applicable to enter the stadium. Redemption of the Prize is subject to Government guidelines and lockdown measures in the UK. The winner and their guest will be responsible for the costs of any COVID-19 Test requirements.
   4. The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize. If any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
   5. The Winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the prize. Whilst at the event/venue, you must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
   6. The Winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of your prize. It is your responsibility to ensure that you take care when moving around the event/venue.
   7. The Winner and their guest will be subject to a name check against any Club, venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order.
   8. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
   9. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
   10. If Government guidelines in the UK restrict redemption of the Prize in their current form (whether due to the Covid-19 pandemic or for any other reason), the Promoter will work with the winners to discuss moving the prize to a later date (if applicable) or issuing an alternative prize.
   11. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
   12. Winning tickets must not be sold for commercial gain in any way (including on online auction sites), nor gifted, transferred or disposed of in any way other than by use in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions. If the Promoter becomes aware that a winning ticket has been made available for sale, bought or sold, gifted, transferred or otherwise disposed of, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem the winning ticket without payment of compensation to the entrant who submits the relevant winning ticket for verification as a valid win.

10. Winner Selection: 9 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 24 hours of the end of the Promotion Period.

11. Winner Notification: The provisional winners will be contacted via the email address or telephone number provided on entry within 24 hours of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 48 hours, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

12. Prize Acceptance: Winners will be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of the Prize to arrange fulfilment of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their prize within 48 hours of Prize Acceptance, the winners will have a further 48 hours to inform the Promoter by emailing rockstarwomenseuro@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

13. Provided no objection from the winners is received, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be at www.promowinners.com/rockstarwomenseuro. Winners can object to their details being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the Winner Notification process. However, without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

14. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated; and there are no cash alternatives. In the event for any reason the winners choose not to take the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited, and no alternative will be offered, unless otherwise agreed. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value (based on the cost to the Promoter of acquiring the prize) if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. This includes, as an example, the current COVID-19 outbreak, which may also lead to a prize needing to be postponed or rearranged. If prizes cannot be fulfilled, the Promoter also reserves the right to request a winner choose an alternative prize within the same tier group that can be fulfilled within any applicable COVID-19 rules, regulations or government guidance.

17. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or invalidate any affected entries and/or to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

18. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

19. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to rockstarenergy.co.uk/ucl

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic (including the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic), adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter. For the avoidance of doubt, the foreseeability of any of the events listed above shall not in any way affect the exclusion of the Promoter’s liability for that event.

22. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products, or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. 23. For the avoidance of doubt, PepsiCo International Limited and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (“PepsiCo”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept that the Promoter is the sole promoter in relation to the Promotion and that PepsiCo has not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.
    
    
24. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

25. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

26. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

27. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

28. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
