Terms and Conditions:
- Prize for this competition is:
- 2 x economy flights from Auckland, New Zealand to Perth, Australia, flying Air New Zealand.
- Departing 10:50am, Friday May 15th on NZ175, arriving Perth at 2:20pm.
- Returning 7:20pm, Monday May 18th on NZ176, arriving Auckland at 5:35am, May 19th.
- Flights are ex-Auckland only and includes taxes. Prize does not include transfers, travel insurance, car rental, food and beverages or any other incidental expenses that may be incurred.
- 3 night’s accommodation, share twin for 2 people at Aloft Perth, The Springs, 27 Rowe Ave, Rivervale WA 6103, Australia
- A weekend premium pass for 2 people, May 16 and 17, at the Perth Hockey Stadium, to watch the Vantage Black Sticks men and women play the Kookaburra’s and Hockeyroo’s of Australia in the FIH Hockey Pro League 2020.
- Entry to the competition is open from 9am February 14th until midnight March 2nd 2020. A winner will be drawn randomly from the entrants on March 3rd 2020. Winners will be notified using the details supplied by them with the entry submission. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 48 hours then a re-draw will be made to choose a new winner.
- Entry is only open to New Zealand citizens and permanent residents over 18 years of age
- Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Architectural Profiles Limited, (“APL”) Hockey New Zealand and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury or medical event suffered or sustained during the course of or as a result of competing, accepting or using the prizes. Or if all or some of the flights are cancelled or any part of the prize cannot be taken up for any reason.
- Employees of APL and APL manufacturers within the APL network (as determined by APL in its absolute discretion), and Hockey New Zealand, their affiliates, agencies and immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- Employees and athletes of Cycling New Zealand, Chiefs Rugby, Bauer Media, Altherm Jetsprint Team, Josh Coppins Racing, Brendon Hartley Motorsport, Hamish Bond, Emma Gilmour Rally Driver, Ben Hunt Rally Driver and Hockey NZ, their affiliates, agencies and immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- APL and Hockey New Zealand is not responsible or liable for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
- By entering this competition, entrants grant to APL and Hockey New Zealand an unconditional right to use images of the winners for promotional purposes, which may include publication in any format or location chosen by APL and Hockey New Zealand in its absolute discretion and APL and Hockey New Zealand may licence publication or use of such images by any of its subsidiaries or related entities including, without limitation, on the Vantage website and Vantage Facebook and Instagram pages, and Hockey New Zealand websites and social media pages.
- The judge’s decision regarding prize winners and any other matter relating to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize does not include transfers, travel insurance, car rental, food and beverages or any other incidental expenses that may be incurred.
- Prize is non-transferable, non-changeable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other services. Flights are EX Auckland only if travelling from any other city this will be at the winners expense.
- Entrant details (other than the names of the winner) will remain confidential and will not be made available to the public or any third party except in accordance with these terms unless APL or Hockey New Zealand is required to disclose those (e.g. by way of example only, if someone is injured or suffers a medical event, needing medical services, or to advise relatives etc).
- APL and Hockey New Zealand reserves the right to revoke a prize at any time APL considers that the winner has breached any of these terms and conditions.
